Update destroyed notifications

Not sure what they were thinking with the update but notifying people about every single possible shift is sure one way to have hundreds of notifications and destroy that functions utility.

My biz partner for all work!

Totally changed my life. Work extra hours to buy down debt and improved my income more than 30 percent!

Http 500 error

"I am trying to reset my password using the 'Forgot Password' feature, but I keep encountering an HTTP Error 500. Could you please look into this?"

Buggy app

Shift will periodically disappear for no apparent reason. App will be down very frequently.

Not reliable

The support is extremely weak—basically nonexistent. The phone number never gets answered, and when you email, you might get a reply a week later, or sometimes no reply at all. Very unreliable app.

Used to be good

Now OK and serviceable but instead of improving the app it’s only and customer service has disappeared. They don’t care about any issues and obviously don’t want to improve it. Still no good report for your tax year. Been asking for many many years and no no way to like a job so that you can easily go back to the ones you were thinking about later on. Still very slow. And I just read that they had Direct messaging and then got rid of it.. What a stupid idea. They say that all the details are posted, but they’re not. And you may have more questions for the owner about the shift. Now that we can see what store it is we can find the email or phone, but Direct messaging would be so much easier and increase the usefulness of the app. There’s also no accountability for managers (or whoever posts shifts, as even though it says manager, it’s often not) who post shifts but then don’t fill them when requested and don’t take them down if they’re not needed. When confronted with this customer service showed they just don’t care. i’ve used this app for years and it used to be great. Now it’s just so so but still nice to search and look for shifts when wanted.

code doesn’t work

I repeatedly tried to send the code to my email so I can log in nothing came in. 1 star until that issue is fixed. Even check the spam emails nothing came in as of now. Been hours. Uninstalling this app!

Slow to Approve

The developers of the app seem to be doing approvals on a part-time basis, and poor transparency with regards to how to contact the developers to view the progress of your application. In combination with the reviews, I’m very wary as to whether this is a reliable app for pharmacists to find and be reliably paid for locum positions.

Caution if using this app

My experience in using this app for extra work as a pharmacist has been mixed.

The app does not tell you that pharmacies rate pharmacists who have completed shifts through this app. Obviously you should do a good job when working as a pharmacist but this shouldn’t be a secret. There should also be a rating system for pharmacists to rate pharmacies they work at as well…

Support in my experience has been mixed when I needed it. Currently waiting on payment for a shift I worked 3 weeks ago and I’ve had to email 3 times and call them once to address this.

Top notch

Such an amazing app. It’s a great fit in the pharmacy industry and is definitely recommended!

Need a customer service

Avoids customer service at all costs now when used to be helpful. Unfortunate.

App should allow Contractors to rate the sites/owners.

Some good updates in the app like having a timed bid and seeing how many reviewers. But still Needs to allow contractors to rate the site they work at. This will allow contractors to make a better informed bid and will attract more users.

Proplem logging in

Every time I try logging in to the app it says they are sending a 6 digit code to fill in and they never send, I keep requesting to resend it and they never do, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same thing happened can’t access the app

Issues in adding profile detail

I am having issues in adding experience as 0 years and 2 months, even after putting the sliding scale at 0 years it would show 1 year !!! Also it would be great if we were able to contact/ message the person who posted the shift before accepting to get any further information or clarification when required..

Best relief app out there, but could be so much better.

Really with I could search by city, or even company, doesn’t seem like that would be hard to add in. Also would love it if we could favourite shifts so it was easy to go back to shifts in thinking about taking. Also would be nice to be able to message through the app before applying for a shift. We can find an email through the companies website but direct messaging would be easier. Also still no easy to print yearly summary for tax purposes that all users need. Lastly, the app has always been slow to load new shifts on the calendar, even when there’s not many there, which can be frustrating….

Lots of bugs

App is slow to load, shifts are slow to appear. Biggest complaint is payment info. Can’t be uploaded and so I have three outstanding shifts I haven’t been paid for which is so frustrating. You email them to do it for you and they don’t respond. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t been paid.

Unable to enter banking info

App needs some work in accepting banking info. It’s almost 2 weeks and I am still not paid. The support has been slow and initially insisted that I have been paid, still waiting. As professionals, we don’t have time to chase down invoices for weeks etc.

Response from developer

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response times; we understand the importance of prompt support and are taking immediate steps to improve. Regarding delayed payments, currently, over 95% of our pharmacy partners utilize automatic payments, ensuring funds are received within 2-3 business days following your shift. For the locations still on manual invoicing, there can be delays. We're diligently working with these partners to transition to automatic payments, aiming to expedite this process and enhance your overall experience with us. Your patience and understanding as we implement these improvements are greatly appreciated.

1 step forward, 2 steps back

In terms of looking for work it is helpful and the information it provides about a pharmacy is good.

There are so many bugs that it deters me from using the app. With every update they add new features and fix one bug but 3 new bugs appear. It's like they don't test the updates before releasing them. The calender function doesn't work half the time and has not been fixed with the last 3 updates. The load times are long. The UX design is not intuitive. If you press the x to exit a posting, it returns you to the original date you selected on the calender instead of the one you had scrolled down to. But if you slide out of it it doesn't. The tech team needs to be changed. Pharmacies cannot decline a bid, or vice versa which seems like a basic mandatory function.

It has potential to be a good app but they need to change their tech team and try using their own app to see how dysfunctional it is.

Good app to use for relief pharmacist

I always use ShiftPost to get some extra shifts! Best relief App so far. Thank you for helping pharmacist to make more connections and earn extra money!
