Best work related app we use
This is by far our most used and most productive app we use at work. We have around 25 employees. It would take me all day to list all the great features and functions we use with the app and website.
The time clock and gps feature to show clock in/out locations is excellent. The schedule, the memo feature, the reports and ability to go back and pull all that data from the past, or for the current payroll works great. Time
Off request is super easy. Keeping track of discipline and late employees is super simple. The best part is the support. If you have an issue or just a question, you hit one button and you are talking to a live person who goes out of their way to help. If its something the app doesn’t do, they even look into adding it. I cant say enough positive things about ShiftR.

Calendar issues
You need to fix the calendar so it doesn’t skip to 1970. It’s impossible to look back at old shifts. Trying to figure miles for taxes and the app is worthless! Please fix it’s been like this for months!!

Seems like a good app but the description of what happens after the free trial period expires is misleading. It’s basically useless after that so if you don’t plan on paying up don’t bother

I tried a few free apps until I found this one. We have been using the paid version 4+ years now. I LOVE this app. It’s easy to use. If we have had any issues there are real people to help. I don’t know what I would do without it. It’s the best out there in my opinion

You open it to make a schedule and it asks for a login, thats not a calendar or schedule its a login app.
Subscription Required
Requires a subscription through their own website. Not mentioned anywhere except in the app.
Another useless schedule maker
Why can’t I find an app that simply makes a schedule at a week at a glance . Starting from Monday and ending on Sunday with the employees names on the left side ? That I can download and send via text to my employees ? What ever happened to simplicity? Proving on eve again that pen and paper is still reliable .

Love this app!
I studied a get scheduling programs and found them all complicated. I was able to talk to a live person that demonstrated this program and answered my questions. They have great customer service! The app is easy to use and works for all our team ages 17-70.

Can’t see anything
I downloaded this app for work, but I had problems with it right from the start. When I logged in, I could not see what I was typing into the login boxes. After trying to sign in, I finally got in, but to my dismay, it opened into a blank white screen. Tried deleting and then redos loading multiple times but nothing seemed to work. Extremely dissatisfied!

Time saver!
This app so has many well thought out features and they seem to be be adding new stuff all the time! Love shift swaps and time off requests, it saves me tons of time!
Way better than I hoped for
This is way more than I expected for only $15 a month. I’ve been paying way more than this for years for half the features! Can’t recommend enough.

they don’t load your schedule, it’s impossible to clock in and clock out. schedule never loads and it lags horribly.
