Awful, constantly kicks you out, does not load, gives error messages. Then error logging back in and says account does not exist. This app/system is junk.

This new app is terrible, never works when I need it to harder to use. Never keeps you logged in so freaking annoying when I have to use this all the time

The new update had got me stuck with being constantly logged out and glitching in the calendars.
Not good
New update is horrendous and not user friendly at all. Keeps logging me out every time, glitching, unable to view schedules / days working. Just horrible.

Desperately needs an update! It crashes almost every time you open it and if it does miraculously load, it crashes shortly after. Makes it very difficult to look at my work schedule, preferred the previous version because it actually worked.

The old version worked so much better. This new version shuts down when I click on a dept and Iāll have to reopen. Sometimes states canāt load information, horrible app all around.
Frustratingly bad
This update gutted whatever remained from the utility of the previous version. There is no easy way to view my entire staff as theyāve made all the text blocks huge. Multiple disciplines and you just want to see who called in for a specific role? Too bad. Scroll, guess, and cross your fingers. Iāve essentially stopped using the app because it is less work to haul out my laptop and log in via 2FA than it is to try to determine if the most basic things via this app. Please develop a better managerās view or some sort of snapshot. I donāt think anyone wants to scroll through a list of 40-50 names to try to divine out who is working, who called in, etc. Iām glad I can see a role and shift has an opening, but that doesnāt tell me who was supposed to have been in that shift.

Staff titles
Should include credentials. For new people very hard to know when picking up which shifts are the shortest when you donāt know people.
Difficult to use
Difficult to use. Can barely see the icon colors on my phone to know if Iām working or not. Can never print a nice view of this schedule. It jumps around too much. When you open up a future date, it jumps back to the current date. Itās an annoying scheduling system.
Horrible layout - too spread out, no contrast - everything blends together
The new format is so spread out which makes it more difficult to view who is scheduled without endless scrolling. The new format also makes it difficult to view because there is not contrast. The previous version had contrasting backgrounds which made it easy to view the small dots. I rarely use this app anymore.

Glitchy and unusable
The new app is AWFUL! It is super glitchy and will show one staff on the schedule 5 times and on hours that they donāt even work/are not scheduled for!! Functionality is limited (which is normal for shiftwizard app) but I shouldnāt have to tell my staff to look at their schedule on desktop just so they know their actual time. They made an awful app even worse with this āupdateā

Latest version is horrible
Not able to see everyone scheduled for the shift on 1 screen because the new layout is so spread out.
There is no contrast anymore which makes it difficult to see. Bring back the pervious version.

Poor design
The mobile app is slow and the design is not user friendly
New app doesnāt work
Very slow. Almost always have to exit out and refresh every time you want to go into the app. It does not load on the first try. Visually worse than the old version. Donāt fix what aināt broke!!
Inconvenient
I can no longer easily see which location I am scheduled at from the calendar. While switching locations to see the daily view, it makes you log in again. More time consuming, less convenient.

It takes longer to load the calendar the setting tab for appearance is just light or dark there no simple version instead of the bubbly appearance
