Unbelievable
I’ve been wanting to use this company for years. I finally decided to do it. Sent my clubs out for a 4 day trip with my dad and brother in-law. Got a call as I’m leaving for the airport that my clubs are lost and they have no idea where they are. I was told to write a description of my travel bag and what’s inside. Still have gotten zero updates from them but at least they were honest and promised me I wouldn’t be seeing my clubs in the next 2 days. If ever….. To say this has been awful experience is an understatement. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just take your clubs on the plane with you. At least the airport knows where the clubs are and usually drives them out to you within a day. Customer support was responsive but didn’t really have much to say besides that they were sorry and that they would give me a refund.

I recently tried to access this app. It doesn’t show my current trip. I can’t find out if you picked up my bag or not. I think you guys are really screwed up. I’ll never use you again.

Excellent Service
I’ve used Ship Sticks a couple of times with 100% success. Even a couple of years ago when we had the big snow storm and trucking stopped for 3 days they got my clubs to me in Siesta Key Florida with a Ship Sticks manager driving them to me. I no longer fly with my clubs and use only Ship Sticks.

Lost my golf clubs
Over two weeks now since my golf clubs were supposed to be delivered. My golf clubs were lost in shipment and every day I just keep getting told they are trying to fix this and get my golf clubs shipped to me. I am never using this service ever again.
Terrible app!!!!!
Trying to add bags or change an existing shipment is impossible!!! Trying to ship luggage without a golf bag is impossible. This is the most non intuitive app I’ve ever experienced. Get your act together

Error Loading Upcoming Shipments
Last trip the app was very helpful. This current continues to come up with the message that there is an error uploading data. This is on the track section and dashboard.

The app is very easy to use but I find it’s a little more difficult to make changes on it. The best thing is if you need help they are always there to help.
Did not deliver
Do not use shipsticks. They take no responsibility for delayed or undelivered shipments. Their customer support is not available for non - USA hours (for instance European time zones). Unreliable!
