Vista Cruise
It was a very relaxing cruise. The crew was great and always asking if we need anything and making sure we were having a good time. I also enjoyed the crews director. We had lots to do on sailing days.
Highly recommended!
I count on Shipmate whenever I need to refer to my scheduled cruises. I love that it is reliable and you can count on the information regarding itineraries to be reliable.
Sort Options
I like keeping track of all my cruises. I wish there was a way to sort the feed to find certain things
Not as crowded as I expected with 5,500 passengers!
We had an early boarding time as we had booked a conservatory mini suite, so were on board quickly, registered at our muster station and went to lunch.

Cruise Changed Time in ports
Disappointed two weeks before going into the cruise. We receive an email from NCL that Port time has been shortened almost 50% and one of the ports we won’t even be able to get in. This was due to fixing a part in a cruise won’t go to NCL again. I told NCL and they’re not doing anything about it not even giving me credit for next cruise very disappointed.

Beautiful ship
The ship was absolutely beautiful. I’ve been on tons of different cruise lines, but I will definitely go back on this one. The food was delicious so much different variety. The entertainment was off the rocks the night entertainment was more than any ship I’ve ever been on, the rooms were always clean The ship was clean, tons of stuff on board to do,
Ocean cay was above and beyond the best stop I have ever been on what a beautiful ocean that’s owned by MSC I would do this cruise just to go back there,
Only complaints —-
The hot tubs on this ship are cold. All of them are cold. I tried everyone. I’m not the only one who stated this everybody. Said the hot tub was cold.
The servers by the pool definitely will not ask you if you want something to drink you’ll have to flag them down, so for the most part you have to get up and go get your own drinks, I did tip extra so after a while they did cater to me.
I do not like that you have pool towels in your room and you have to keep track of them. Bring them down to the pool bring them back to your room, as other ships I’ve been on have towel Stewart’s by the pools who hand out towels this one does not. Even after leaving the beach and our towels are soaking wet and full of sand. You have to carry them all the way back to your room, they should have a towel swap set up that will take your wet, heavy towels and give you dry ones.
I would like better coffee selections, but that’s just me. They do have an espresso machines. But they cannot mimic or make any special specialty coffees.

A Cruise Diary
We have used Shipmate for years. When we first started I loaded all of our past cruises and now the first thing I do when I book a cruise,I put it into Shipmate. We are nearing 50 cruises and it’s always nice to look back to see the last time we were on the ship we just booked, and it gives you a lot of information on all of your upcoming cruises. It’s just a great resource for those of us that cruise.

Mob mentality
Good app. Not great. Good to track your cruises. If you dare to post an honest review after a bad cruise you will be ridiculed by members and belittled by their own staff. Note: they make money by booking cruises so negative reviews go against their business model.

We use this not only for planning, but as a diary over the years.
Panama Canal
This was one of my favorite vacations and loved going thru the canal.
