Die Hose ist einfach top! Die Qualität fühlt sich richtig hochwertig an und sie sitzt genauso, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Auch optisch sieht sie in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Stoff ist angenehm, die Verarbeitung ist sauber und insgesamt macht die Hose einen richtig guten Eindruck. Bin mehr als zufrieden und würde sie definitiv wieder kaufen!

Poor website but great service
Trying to exchange because I don’t care for the black color, but the website will not allow me to select all the items in the order to exchange. AI email response when I emailed customer service basically says, sometimes that happens when they limit what items you can return.
Follow-up: customer service got back to me, answered my questions about color, and took care of the whole exchange. Perfect!

Instead of having to go to each website to track your package you can just do it from Shop, makes life a little easier and I think I even refunded something thru here. Killer app🤙
Buggy and poor support
This app frequently freezes up mid transaction and appears to support third party merchants who have no direct inventory. Use only with caution, and do not trust shipping times and information.
Deleted App. Fake invoices sent via app!!!
I deleted this app because somehow they allow for false orders to be sent - from the platform. Really hard to get to support for this kind of thing. If you keep keep the app, you might not want to save your cc (I had 3 before I deleted app). Too much risk for me until they fix the bug.

Ordered a hat for my wife and didn’t know it was coming from China. Ordered on June 24 it’s August 6 and the hat is not it delivered. Tracking showed hung up in LA for the past week. We full time RV and have moved on. Contacted the seller and no response. Contacted Shop and they blew me off and told me to go through the seller, the one that hadn’t responded. Purchase from shop and your rolling the dice.

Fraud
I keep getting fraudulent purchases and zero help from this company. I’ve tried my best to report it with no return information on what’s going on. I’ve had to cancel my cards, change my password and Shopify or Shop has done zero to help me out. Last thing I need is repeated fraud that’s being allowed by this company.Thanks for not taking my privacy seriously.

I placed an order on 7-16-3026 and finally today received one item out of this order and it was damaged.
