Charged for shipping insurance that I did not request. After all taxes and fees I could have bought 2 items at Walmart.
Tracking
Tracking said it went to America, but thankfully it came to Australia instead.
DO NOT USE
They randomly logged me out of my account and refused to let me back in after I loaded 100+ packages onto this app to be tracked. There is no customer care team or anyone to talk to if you’ve been wronged. Literally just stealing info for no reason. DO NOT USE THIS APP

If this app gets the name of places wrong I can’t imagine what other stuff it screws up
Confusing
I tried to check orders with this app without success. It’s very confusing. It’s not clear at all. I want to track an order. I press on track your order gives me nothing about the order I’ve placed. If it says track this order let me track it. Don’t take me to a freaking page that doesn’t make any sense to me, if you are able to take my money then find my orders. Disappointing!

Genuinely the best app if you want to buy things online. I always check here first because they frequently give discounts or cash off your orders. Last one was $25, got a tactical flashlight for $50 instead of $100 because it was on sale AND shop gave me $25 off that they’d cover. I will never stop using this app, and it makes it soooooo easy to track all your packages at once if you ordered multiple. Thanks SHOP, love you guys <3

Keypad not working
I can’t type anything. Also it logged me out and i can’t log back in even if i copy and paste the code sent to my email

Customer service issues
I have had a scam from abroad posting as a UK company, nothing to be done really via shop app. Had to fight it in my bank. Now delivery has gone to a shop outside of my delivery instructions and I can’t get it. It’s a closed down shop I don’t even know how the delivery driver got in. No opening hours, no phone number, no email address, nobody locally knows the owner. I have £80 worth of supplements I need for medical reasons I can’t access. Again, apparently nothing can be done via shop app. Awfully stressful!

No options to cancel the payment or report issues
Be careful with using the app. It can’t cancel the order or report an issue. I placed an order with wrong address by accident and there was no way for me to cancel it. The merchant had wrong number listed on the web and I had no way to update them.
Linderberg clothing
This is a scam I have received nothing Royal Mail delivered a small envelope package on the 18th of September which I refused delivery.I spent £230.00 on Linderberg clothing ordered 3 weeks ago and have received absolutely nothing absolutely disgusting how these people sleep at night I don’t know.I am a retired 63 old man with not a lot of money thought I would treat my two boys with some new clothes I feel sick to the stomach .
