Points expire….just like my interest in this useless card
The points that you “earn” expire…. Really? Then that isn’t REALLY an EARNING is it? When I EARN money, it doesn’t expire. When I EARN points on my Amazon CC; they also DON’T expire. When I earn “air miles” and Marriott rewards points; they also DON’T EXPIRE. So why should I keep this credit card? Why shouldn’t my desire to use this useless card/rewards program expire? Get you $&!t together. I’m canceling this useless service.

Limited shopping app
I just realized that the $3 dollars I had on my account for completing a mission expired in the span of a month. I understand having points expire after a certain amount of time, but you can’t cash anything out under $5 and there aren’t enough offers on this app that I would use. I would frequently check too. If you aren’t going to have as many offers as other apps, then you should at least allow people a longer amount of time to earn especially if the minimum is a $5 cash out. I tried to give this app a chance, but I’m deleting it now, It was a waste of time and I could’ve used another app to earn rewards that would not have expired after a month.

I can’t get past the unlock your rewards to get started
Can’t really give a decent review when you can’t even get into the app or the website.
I can’t find the number to call to try to get help.

Can never get help….
Calling in wasted hours of phone trees, automated systems not understand what people say, pinch number sin phone going no where m, automated disconnects.
Eventually got so frustrated I reached out to another Citi card number..much of the same but I eventually got to a human in another country…who insisted a transfer was required..pro no Ed no phone trees and warm transfer but alas not sincere as is the patten…back to automated madness and disconnected.

Keypad will not show numbers in iOS
There is a problem that this myopic pc based app is unaware of. When opened on an iPad with iOS 17, the keyboard will not display numbers.

This looks a scam
I have 33,700 points supposedly on the website of (citiretailservices.citibankonline) but when I try to redeem those points send me to this app automatically.
I sign up follow the instructions link my SYW card and I do not see any point.
Also is too curious that Shop Your Way has too apps instead of one.
I hope the developers and also Apple Store can answer this review.
