Affordable and Convenient
I’ve had a positive experience using Shopee. The app is easy to browse, prices are usually affordable, and there are always discounts or vouchers available. It’s a convenient way to shop and find good deals online.
Delay and Expensive Restocking fee
They are selling cheap stuff but charging expensive restocking fee for return. Free return is a language game. Lots of bugs on the App, you have to compare the policy with the website. Shipping used to be fast but it took 3-4 days to pack the order… It’s a horrible shopping experience.

They bait and switch on you because their product page will state “free returns” which in fact is false and incorrect. Returns include a restocking fee on items and percentage is determined by an agent.

Invalid Phone Number?
First of all, I do use the site on my desktop just fine with my account. But i find it strange that the mobile app requires phone number and verification code, when the desktop doesn’t. But fine, I input my phone number, but then it doesn’t send the verification code and says invalid phone number? I’m 100% sure I didn’t have any typos, so there is just something wrong with the app. I cannot use the app if it won’t let me log in with my account.

Low profit products??
This app landed it self a 1 star review instead of a 5 star, simply because it is deceiving everyone with the *coupons* then when you come to actually buy the product it will say
“ this product is not eligible for the coupon because it is a low profit margin which means we don’t make lots of money out of it”

The worst shopping app
This is the worst shopping app I have ever used. My packages are gone!!! The attitude of the customer service is soooooooo bad! Never encountered such a bad customer service. Don’t use this app!!!!!!!
Frustrating and absolutely crazy making
I have a Shopper + account, but cannot signin on the app because suddenly they claim they need to send me a verification via mobile phone … I am not giving out my mobile number and I fail to under why you need to verify it is my account to begin with …
Other companies who also require verification will actually send it to my email or will call on my home phone — why won’t you — some people don’t have mobiles phones and I refuse to give it to just anyone since it is for emergency and private use only …
You have my email, I have a password which work fine if I go through the web, but is not good enough to use with the app even though I’m using the same device …
So I guess I’ll delete the app again …

Worst experience
I ordered a printer cartridge by searching their site for my printer model. It directed me to order an incompatible item and when I called them to return, I was informed that they will not take it back!
It was a $130 lesson but totally worth it!
There is a reason why Amazon is doing so well, never had any problems with them in the past and their customer service is great.
If you can’t find your item on Amazon, I suggest Canada Computers as they are way better than Shopper Plus.

Une fois que vous passez commande, plus moyen de savoir quand vous les recevrez ! Ou si il y a rupture de stock et que vous avez commandé bcp d’articles, ils feront attendre toute votre commande ! Ainsi ... lorsque vous les contactez, une employée qui vous tutoie, elle vous coupe la parole pour vous expliquer que tout est normal et que finalement vous devez attendre ... et attendre ... et attendre ... jusqu’à quand ? ...en fait , ils ne savaient pas vraiment non plus ! Alors si vous commander des choses dont vous avez besoin rapidement, assurez qu’ils l’on déjà ou commandez ailleurs ! Petit conseille !
