Needs improvement
It basically gets the job done, but it needs some help. The helper needs to understand Apps, users and the Pharmacy System.
If I determine that I can use a refill two weeks from now and place my order, it just doesn’t work!
I start getting text messages within two days that my prescription is ready for pickup! Then I get warnings that my order will be restocked after another two days.
If they ask for a “ready” date, why can’t it use my date? I give a date and time since I don’t live near the store!
Also, it would be nice to include the cost as part of the text.
I don’t know if the App doesn’t work as described, or is the pharmacist ignoring my request? In either case, the experience is annoying.

Poor
Unable for auto refill
Not working
Your app is currently just a black screen. Eventually an error message comes up but it’s not working.
Updates
I would give it a perfect score but you need to update the app more often. Sometimes it’s doesn’t work at all.
Don’t trust the hours
Pharmacy hours are not kept up to date.
Auto-refill
Cannot make changes to auto-refill. For instance, the pharmacy notified me of a ready prescription that I’m no longer using. My doc upped the strength almost a month ago. I had to call to tell the pharm to remove auto-refill, and pull the prescription. I should have been able to do that with the app. Now the new strength which should be on auto-refill is not. I’ll need to remember to request the refill.
App doesn’t save anyone time.

ShopRite Pharmacy
At the Emerson,N.J. pharmacy I was always well taken care of with a smile. The best manager was a lady who was always happy. The ONLY thing bad, as a matter of fact it was HORRIBLE when you closed the Emerson Pharmacy. I was a sports coach in Emerson and I can tell you that just about any family with children used the Emerson ShopRite Pharmacy. I had to be at least braking even. Taking it away was a huge disservice to the people in Emerson at the very least.

One Star
Apparently, my birthdate is invalid. Sorry you hate the 90s but I still need my prescriptions.
It doesn’t work at all
I can’t even start it. Nor mobile version, nor desktop
Mr Mike
This app is terrible!! I cant believe shop Rite released this trash and expect people to use it. Its a sin that the pharmacy has such great personnel and this is how they represent them. If I didn't care for the people at my local store I would change pharmacies! WAKE UP! We have other choices!
never works
Won’t load anything. Always an error message on error message on error message. I have a lot of health issues I’m battling rn- having access to this app would have made my life slightly easier so naturally it doesn’t work. Thanks for nothing ShopRite - as usual.

Operation Company/GetBrandFailed
Get an error with header “Operation Company/GetBrandFailed. App is currently unusable.
Took me just a few minutes to setup
This might be difficult for new customers. But if you have a refill, just enter your refill number, verify your phone number and within a few minutes you can order your refills in seconds.
Fast and easy!
Love how I can create an account and see the status of my prescriptions. Ordering refills is much easier through the app then calling it in. Love this app!
Very confusing app
This is a very poor app. There doesn’t seem to be a way to have a separate icon on the phone for this app. You have to access it via the ShopRite food shopping app. Unless I’m missing something.. Then you cannot set up a pharmacy ID using the same email as the food store login. So you need two email addresses just to separate the pharmacy and the food! I hope they can either clarify this for me or change this.

Can’t delete/archive old prescriptions
It would be really nice if there would be a way to delete or archive old prescriptions that are expired or have no more refills left. These old prescriptions are just taking up room on the app and looking at all of them can get confusing since they aren’t in any kind of order.
Doesn’t Remember Account Info
Can’t login after only one use. Initial setup was easy and first use was easy, but now won’t login at all. If I have to go through hoops to use this, it’s not worth it!
Could use Notes field
I like how easy it is to refill a script using the app. However, it would be even more helpful if I could enter notes for the pharmacist like “Have new insurance.” or “Please use GoodRx discount.”
Not available in Staten Island ShopRite Stores
Not available in Staten Island ShopRite Stores anymore - they use to one-stop store, very convenient. I would if they still have ShopRite Pharmacy section in the New Jersey stores?
Fail!
App updated by a trainee or worse. After updateThe app no longer recognizes my user name or password and even after I update both of them it doesn’t recognize them. SHOPRITE… You can do better than this can’t you?
