Shoreham Bank is Fabulous!
I have had accounts with Shoreham Bank for a while now and the products themselves are great, but was is has been fabulous has been the customer service!
Bank manager, Christine Dikdan, went above and beyond to help us when opening the account and has continued to guide us along the way. She is a valuable asset to your bank.
I have also had numerous conversations with other bank representatives and each interaction has been pleasant and efficient!

Love this app!
Love the functionality of the app. Able to transfer funds a cross accounts seamlessly. Check imaging for mobile deposits works great too.
New update isn’t working
New update I can’t sign in now my payment is late says completing update
Not user friendly
I have never had trouble paying a bill online, until this app and website. It’s not easy to find where to add your banking information. Once you do stumble upon it you have to wait days for the small deposits they send to your checking account to be confirmed. Once the deposits are made I don’t even know where to go to add that information to the site. It’s just ridiculous. I had to call to make my payment which there is a $5 fee for. Thank goodness you can pay your bill without logging in to your account. I have never seen a more complicated website/app in my life! So frustrated that I wrote a review. And I don’t even write reviews!
