Poor search and confusing ticket pricing
The search experience is bad. I did not grant location permission, and searching by date and city name alone often fails to return the shows I’m looking for. A basic search should not depend on location access to function properly.
Ticket pricing is also poorly designed. All seats appear in the same color, so there’s no way to understand price differences at a glance. There is no price filtering, and you have to tap seats one by one just to see prices. In some cases, tapping a seat doesn’t even show the price — you have to add it to the cart to find out.
Overall, browsing and buying tickets feels unnecessarily slow, opaque, and frustrating.

Cannot complete purchase
I set up the payment card, but everytime I click on my payment card in the purchase page, it just stuck on the "use another card". Btw this is just a ticket app, why my phone gets hot when I use this app.
Always logged out
It’s so frustrating I’m always being logged out, every day and multiple time a day.
Pointless app
In an age where literally everything seeks to harvest private and personal information for corporate gain at the expense of your privacy, you really would have thought that this app would at least allow you to save routine information you have to enter every single time you book a ticket.

very frustrating
won’t save an address on customer’s profile so has to be resubmitted for every purchase.
can’t choose my credit card as an option to pay even though it is current and set as default payment method on profile. support team replies with ‘supposed to work, ‘ but the concerns have not been fixed

Now it is awful
I’ve had this app for years and this year it no longer keeps you logged in. When you do log in it does not save any of your information so you must reenter address and credit card every time you use it. Also it’s lost the functionality to pay via apple wallet. Basically it’s now a nightmare to use.
Too many glitches
Used to be a really good app that would leave me logged in but lately I have to log in everytime.
Not replacing the Showpass dashboard app
This app is not supporting event organizers. Why disabling the dashboard app for this one?

Mobile wallet does not work
I love using Showpass generally, but they have a recurring issue with Apple Wallet, where tickets appear on the locked screen days/weeks before an event (instead if just a few hours before).
Won’t load my upcoming tickets!?
This app has been giving me a hard time in the last little while I can’t get into my upcoming tickets, which allows me to load it into my Apple wallet. I’m already logged in, but it still gives me a hard time while trying to updating it.
the explore menu and search doesn’t work
can’t look for any events, can’t login to the browser, i’m never redirected to the app when i’m clicking on the event link from a social media event page or linktree, loved the qr code thing but honestly everything else is a disappointment

Garbage app
Useless. No matter what I do, it absolutely will not let me log in or reset password or use any other means to access tickets I have now wasted money on. Use anything else other than this.
Facebook login issues!
I can’t seem to login with my Facebook account for some odd reason? When I try to login it stays stuck on a blank page and doesn’t sync with my account!? Fix it pls!!!
Garbage app
Purchased an event ticket through show pass online and QR code would not work when I tried to download event ticket to phone. Garbage app.
Can’t buy a seat
I have now tried for 1/2 an hour trying to get this stupid thing to work. I just want to buy two seats to the U17 hockey challenge series and the dam thing won’t let me pick a seat let alone move on to pay anything. What a pc of crap
NEEDS Apple wallet support
The app is OK, but would be a lot better if I were able to add my pass to my apple wallet. Sometimes it logs me out of my account and it is a struggle to pull up my pass in line, would like it to be quick and convenient in my wallet.

Super slow!!! You can barely get a ticket! As an event organizer, people were reaching out to me because they can’t buy tickets. It also counts tickets in the cart as sales?!?!?!? That way, once someone has added tickets to the cart (and say forget about it), no one can buy tickets until the user empty their cart!!! As the event organizer, you can’t do anything other than sending that person an email reminding them that they have tickets in their cart!

Good app, needs some improvement
I get that some event organizers prefer to have time slots for events, but there has to be a better way to implement that instead of hundreds and hundreds of the same event for each time slot. Scrolling through all the Van Gogh events is enough to frustrate users from scrolling for events that could interest them. The search function is also very inconsistent in the app.
Apple Pay and wallet integration is the best. Never an issue when checking in to an event.
