Company is a scam
Scam company. Bricked all of the (few) devices they actually shipped. They act like they still exist but they’re underwater and not responding to any emails.
Awful Company
This app is completely worthless. I can't even get past the email authentication and no one will help. The people in charge of this need to be sued.
Garbage
I moved to a new home and now I can’t use my Shrooly because it won’t let me reconnect to the new Wi-Fi. I have done a reset but the app won’t recognize me or my login anymore. I have reached out to customer service but received no response. I no have a $200 dollar useless product a month after buying it.

Can’t connect
Purchased two units, received one pod, unit doesn’t recognize the pod so I can’t start cultivating, support is never online so nothing is happening, sent an email— no reply. Great idea, awful service, no execution.

no way to contact customer service and actually get a response, nothing in the app works (even trying to login, the authenticantion fails), features in the app randomly disappear or fail to load. don’t buy this product unless you wanna have a bad time.
