Company is a scam
Scam company. Bricked all of the (few) devices they actually shipped. They act like they still exist but they’re underwater and not responding to any emails.
Awful Company
This app is completely worthless. I can't even get past the email authentication and no one will help. The people in charge of this need to be sued.
Garbage
I moved to a new home and now I can’t use my Shrooly because it won’t let me reconnect to the new Wi-Fi. I have done a reset but the app won’t recognize me or my login anymore. I have reached out to customer service but received no response. I no have a $200 dollar useless product a month after buying it.

Can’t connect
Purchased two units, received one pod, unit doesn’t recognize the pod so I can’t start cultivating, support is never online so nothing is happening, sent an email— no reply. Great idea, awful service, no execution.

no way to contact customer service and actually get a response, nothing in the app works (even trying to login, the authenticantion fails), features in the app randomly disappear or fail to load. don’t buy this product unless you wanna have a bad time.
Broken app
App is broken at login. Unable to create login and connect to my unit.

Can’t reorder pods or contact anyone. App is fine.
Login won’t work
I’m unable to log into the app, I emailed for Support, and got no response. I tried everything. I’m guessing this company ran out of money and is not able to provide support or services

I have tried all of the login methods on two seperate devices. It worked until the last update. Please fix and i will give it more stars.
Horrible product
Product was delayed several years and the app barely works. I am unable to create or edit any manual cultivations. The premade options don’t include what the parameters are so you don’t know what the settings are for humidity, fan frequency or light timers. Any messages or emails to customer service go unanswered. This product and app is absolute trash.

This is a scam company
Please steer clear of this scam company. They will take your money and run away. Can’t get a hold of them after you pay them. Non existent customer service. Products don’t work, app doesn’t work, total scam!!
Really is a scam
It requires an internet connection and bluetooth to work. I can’t do anything with it because it just gives an internet error (while I write this review)

No support
Received 2 units and they only sent one pod for both. I have attempted to contact them via the app messenger and email and can only get the AI assistant to answer which is no help. Have tried to order more pods with the credits i paid for and it tells me that they can’t ship to my address but uses up one of the credits anyway. Until they fix their app and customer service I would not recommend.
