Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a 10x10 photo book from a recent vacation. When I received the book, everything was perfect except the front cover had a white margin down the right side that was not on the book I ordered. I called customer service and the representative fixed the cover and gave me a credit for the book so I could reorder it. I only had to pay the shipping which was minimal.

App Crashes A lot, Patience is a Virtue
I was able to get the book made on the app fairly easily. Their suggestive tool was easy to use and great when organizing a lot of photos. Ever so often the app would crash, luckily the app did autosave the project so not much was usually lost and made it easy to pick back up.
