Login required every single time
It annoying how it requires to login every single time
Rubbish since last update
Since last update done today can no longer use app won’t open and just keeps crashes and closing have deleted and reinstalled multiple times and still can’t use rubbish update on this
Does the job, could be simplified
The app does that job, brings the feature set to mobile device, handy while away the desktop. However, mobile app doesnt need to replicate desktop experience. It could be simplified focusing on simpler navigation for features mostly used on mobile devices.
Doesn’t even open
Since the last update, this app no longer even opens. It just hangs on a white screen that says “sidekick loading”. Absolutely useless

Rubbish app, begrudgingly necessary for some things. One of about 100 employee apps we need to have. Hard to tolerate

The app is constantly logging me out. Fix the token lifecycle or refresh

Does not reize correctly on mobile
This app needs a lot of work, can’t view most pages as they won’t let you resize them and half of a page is cut off on mobile version. Makes most pages unreadable.
Great idea, needs improvement.
This is a great app to access all you need for work, but is such a pain when I have to enter my log on details constantly! I just want to go on the app to see my payslip and my leave but I don’t want to log in every single time to view these simple things. A suggestion is to use 2FA to log in, similar to Outlook and Teams, so you don’t have to go through the hassle of signing in again.

Can’t scroll horizontally
Not able to see full content as it neither change orientation when phone is turned nor does it give scroll option.
Signs you out
I find myself having to set a pin and Face ID EVERY Single time I log in. It would be easier if it didn’t try and save your log in details with a pin because it doesn’t work. I have to re-do the process every time. Would be easier just to log in and auth every time. Please fix this. Only issue for me but makes it so frustrating. Either keep me signed in or just leave it alone like the website. Then I’d be happy to give 5 stars

Really useful app
Does what it supposed to. Having to re login every week is a bit annoying though.
Not working
It is not in sync with web version of Sidekick and gets logged out when clicked any option

Why does this log out and forget my credentials so frequently. Then requires PingID to verify me on the very same phone I’m using to log into the app. Such a waste of time

So hard to navigate if it is working Hard to load leave ect. I just wanted my payslip, and am so frustrated.

Sidekick allows me to access what I want and need when offline. No complaints.

Doesn’t work
Came back from maternity leave 2 weeks ago and still can’t get into the app. I’ve called IT twice with no help. Keeps saying my username or password is wrong when it isn’t. Works fine on the computers at work. Absolute nightmare.
Hopeless!
Unable to input long service leave taken since update over a month ago! Bank aware of this but hasn’t fixed it yet, just hopeless😡
