AWFUL. SALESFORCE IS BETTER
The functions on this app only work half the time. Answer a call on your cell and want to save the recording or take notes? Forget it. They system acts like it didn’t happen at all. This app makes things difficult for no reason. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Needs a NOW feature
I would like to be able to see leads in a live feed that are on the website most recently in one place.
It would be nice to be able to scroll a live feed and see all the properties everyone is looking at. Lead, photo how recent they were looking
Having the HotSheets on the desktop would be great too

Doesn’t let me past the Dialer screen to app
I’m on an IPhone 14 Pro Plus and I don’t want to setup the Dialer. The app won’t let me close the Dialer setup screen and get to the app. As soon as I login it only offers the option to connect to Dialer or Logout.
I didn’t have this issue on my iPhone 13 Pro I wonder if the “x” to close the screen isn’t appearing because the UI setup for the larger phone isn’t the right dimensions so it’s out of frame on the larger iPhone 14 Pro Plus?
Either way the app is currently useless to me.

Ok CRM
I like that it is a fairly basic program but the parts that I wish could change are:
Statuses can only be what is listed. We should be able to re label if the term used doesn’t work Like “junk” or “archived”.
You should be able to text and call with your number showing up instead of adding a new number to your business.
The automated stuff sounds just like you don’t want it to…

Great App! Love how easy it is to use and all of the features.
I have been using the Sierra mobile app for sometime now and I have to say it is "The Best" mobile app I have used with a CRM platform. It have really helped me stay in touch and follow up faster while going in between appointments.
Great company with great product
Love the lead management capabilities and functions. Website is really easy to use, but the ap is a little clunky on some of its functionality. Overall though a very solid product.
Sierra iOS App is Excellent
The Sierra app makes it so easy to log updates for leads and get things done on the go, which is so important for real estate agents. Very happy with the performance after coming from a different platform with a terrible app.

Impressive App, have used many platforms in the past and Sierra crushed it with this. Always improving and an incredible add to our business!

Big improvement
For a new App, it is a nice improvement.
Buggy
The call list feature is barely functional. Often will prompt calling the same number over and over. At one point my entire call list deleted itself and could not be reproduced as it treated those calls as having been made. Additionally there doesn’t seem to be an option to sort by users on the app making it easy to call someone else’s lead. I had high hopes for this app and am very disappointed with what was delivered.

Great Real Estate Platform !
We had been through 3 other programs before locating Sierra - Sierra offers the most powerful “ Search capabilities “ that we had ever used. Sierra also offers you the ability to incorporate your marketing efforts under same umbrella - this allows for a much smoother process. Lastly, they work very well with other 3rd parties programs via Slack.
We highly recommend them !

Terrible design and functionality
This app has been in development for how long? It is an over complicated design. The interface is absolutely confusing. This tool should be a CRM, I spend more time trying to load data for contacts, messaging, phone calls, etc. There’s no ability to look at this as a pipeline management tool. The web browser version of this app is 10 times better. I’ve given up on using this app. The desktop version is fantastic. As a CRM platform, I actually really like it. But as a CRM app it is awful. Again, cannot get over how dumb the design is and how dysfunctional the flow is. It’s simply not intuitive. Somebody tried to be overly creative rather than just being smart with the design and functionality to make it workable for people who are constantly shuffling between leads

have immediate access to their entire database right in their hands.
Agents can go through their day on Bluetooth working their way through call
lists, which is incredibly powerful and time-saving. One thing we really
like to do is build an SOI smart filter so agents make those "easy and fun"
calls while walking, driving, or even sitting on the beach. As the team
leader, I can monitor lead activity, showing requests, and other
notifications easily, no matter where I am day or night. I love the

Everything is easier
Managing and leading a team as well as working with clients personally can be challenging when on the go. The new Sierra app has made staying in touch with new leads, hot leads, and current clients so much easier. Being able to see the profile, send an email, text, or call while out of the office allowed the response rate and service to be improved.
