Awful
It’s actually awful. My cart never saves but it says that I am logged in. Tried to update my street address and it said invalid address. Tried to write it different ways but kept saying g invalid. Sorry, but that’s my address!!!
Please fix your app!!
Sierra is one of my favorite discount stores but you are going to go out of business if you don’t fix the app! It’s slow and has now quit working all together! I’ve even tried opening my account on a desktop vs. my iPhone without any success. I’ve contacted the company directly and got the usual “clear your cache and cookies”. I’d suggest hiring a quality IT team before you lose all your business. According to these reviews, this issue is not new and very well documented!

You’re Losing business!!!
You would think the folks in charge of the app would read their own reviews to see that they need to make change before it’s too late! Not only does the app hardly ever work like it’s supposed to, but if you shop in the store, the management is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced! Customers don’t matter due to poor management.

Will not load
Something about thier trackers will not even load whether on the app, safari, brave, duckduckgo. I don’t want you collecting all the data.
Search function is unusable
I’m not really sure what the point of the app is since you can’t search anything. Like sure there’s a search bar but it doesn’t actually search anything. So, you can just… scroll through thousands of random items I guess?

Unable to login
I’m unable to login so the app is useless for actually placing orders or adding things to the cart/wish lists. It’s only useful for browsing, but then you have to place an order using a browser.
Love the store, hate the app
I love Sierra, and they have such good deals on amazing brands, but their app is the worst I've ever used. It's SO slow and incredibly glitchy. It constantly logs me out and says my cart is empty when it's not. I would give the app zero stars if I could.

New update = Non-functioning
What the??? This new update to the app will not let me log in- from any screen (shopping cart/address book/past purchases, etc). It just shows a white screen and never loads any of my information. Guys! Come on! Look at the myriad functioning websites out there and pattern yours from theirs. Please make this a priority for your customers or you will lose them!

Terrible app
I’m not sure who designed this app and then just stopped after the initial download, but it leaves a lot of room for improvement. The pictures are so awful and make many of the details of clothing unable to be seen. Also, why is there no share button? I am unable to send an item of clothing to someone, unless I want to screen capture every picture individually.

Love the store & website but the app is abysmal
I’m able to login to sierra.com from a browser, but get an error message EVERY TIME I attempt to login to the iPhone app. I’ve deleted & downloaded the app multiple times to ensure its current, but still no luck.
Please hire competent engineers to fix this app!
Terrible! Can’t change an address, log in with saved passwords, save anything to favorites, adds unwanted multiple items to my cart, and search doesn’t show all products available for search criteria. That is just what I have found so far… Sad when I have to log in with my computer to shop a store that has a phone app. for “convenience”.

The account-related pages are all blank. The app hasn’t been functional for at least several weeks. Has TJX abandoned this app?

On my iPhone 13 Pro text input isn’t even an option on this app for whatever reason I’m never given the option to type so I can never even log in
