Easy to use and start a call as an agent.
No response
Same as several others. No text or email, so you can’t use the app.
Never got login help
I had a meeting and couldn’t make it because I could never set up my account. I never got an email or text. I tried for days. Zoom is better.
Issues registering
I have been trying all day to register but for some reason I am not receiving the text or email. Is anyone else experiencing this? I hope it gets resolved before an appointment I have in a couple days.

Easy way to get tech support
Technician was able to assist in programming a thermostat....filled in the blanks that manual did not provide!
