App stink

App always disconnects from my hearing aids.

Amazing

I am so impressed with the app and the hearing aids are fantastic they are like putting on your favorite sweater it just works thank you so very much Grant

Connection

The aids frequently disconnect from the phone frequently throughout the day. Need to shut my phone off and restart it to reconnect to the app. Sort of a hassle to have to keep turning phone on and off just for app to stay connected.

Wax protection

The AI needs to tell a patient to change the wax protectors when the complaint is my hearing aids are not working, but the lights are going on Green.

App continues to fail

Beware
Extreme frustration with trying to pair my brand new MaX aids to the Signia One App to have Bluetooth enabled. Just got these but if this continues I will be returning them. YOU HAVE

NERN WARNED

Unstable

Often the hearing aids don’t connect to the phone.
Sometimes the left hearing aid will not work.

More Options

I wish I could have more control for my one hearing aid.

Needs updating

This is my 3rd pair of Signia hearing aid, and while the audio quality is the best I have experienced you definitely have some issues that need to be addressed.

The most pressing issues are that when you set up a sound profile in the app, for let’s say a loud restaurant, everything is good until you take a phone call. Once the call has ended you loose the settings you had before the call.

Next is there is no EQ, there should be at least Bass and treble control.

There are other issues that I hope will be resolved

Needs Attention

App “pops on and pops off” at will. Usually the app turns off during a crucial meeting or during Bluetooth connection to the car. The app is undependable despite my “top-of-the-line” updated hearing aids (Signia MaX) and cell iphone. I have returned to audiologist more than once for help. Very disappointed in Signia acoustic intelligence and the app.

Problems Connecting

Almost every time I put my hearing aids in I have to then go into the app to ensure they are connected. Half the time they are not which forces me to restart my hearing aids. It is quite an inconvenience.

Not a fan

The hearing aids disconnect from the app too easily and too often making it so that I have to turn them off close the app reopen the app and restart the hearing aids. Happens multiple times during the day. I’m also not a big fan of the adaptive hearing setting. It changes at Wil and messes with my hearing.

Not good

Constantly disconnecting and have to reboot phone to reconnect

Better

Simpler than the old SigniaApp which is good. Also, much easier now to use directional focus feature!

Generally good but some annoying bits

Pros: good streaming to the hearing aids, easy to adjust volume, the directional feature of the Universal program is nice.

Cons: One or both hearing aids often fail to reconnect if you are away from and return to phone range. The app does use the phone’s text size setting to adjust text but the program chooser doesn’t have a scroll feature if a larger text size makes the program options extend beyond the phone screen

Find my hearing aid

How come find my hearing aid isn’t on the app?

The worst IOS app

keep disconnecting, iPhone BT shows connected and the app disconnected????

Easy but not great

I had another brand of hearing aids with an app. Funny the hearing aides were not as good but the app was better. It let you control the volume in each ear separately.
I also don’t find there are any differences in the choices of background noise.

Signia pure s&g max 70

The aids ok. The app pathetic. It’s not written for iphone. It’s for now; it’s just Bluetooth classic. No mfi. No live listen. Does not show up on iphones accessibility section. It’s 2026 it should be iphone compatible. It does work on iPhone barely.
