Needs Auracast Update for iPhone
I like the way my new Allure hearing aids work for me. I want to be able to use Auracast. I have the TV Play 2, but want both options.
Looses connection
My app and hearing aids loose a connection several times in the day.
When I am not connected to the app the volume of the microphone is raised and highly sensitive to head movements or hair touching it
Is an update in our future? I would love to be able to give you 5 stars.

Bluetooth connection is unreliable
The Widex Allure app frequently loses its Bluetooth connection to my hearing aids and does not reconnect on its own. To restore the connection, I often have to turn Bluetooth off, turn off my iPhone and hearing aids, restart my phone, turn Bluetooth back on, and then restart the hearing aids. This is far too much troubleshooting for an app I need to use every day. The Bluetooth connection needs to be much more stable, and reconnecting should be quick and automatic.

Not so good
Listening to audio from my iPhone. Middling sound and odd connection issues. But Widex app tells me over and over hearing aids aren’t connected.

Verschlimmbessert
Es geht mir ähnlich wie anderen Berichterstattern. Habe sehr lange die EVOKE getragen und teste jetzt die Allure. Das einzige, was positiv hervorzuheben ist, ist der bessere Klang. Die Allure HG und die App lösen bei mir ständig Bluetooth Probleme aus wohin gehend die EVOKE Geräte immer stabil funktionieren und keine Störungen auslösen. Schade, dass man ein so hochpreisiges Produkt unausgereift auf den Markt bringt
