Veraltete Daten sollen sicherer sein, als ihre Aktualisierung

Beim Versuch, eine veraltete Zweit-E-Mail-Adresse zu löschen (primäre E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer bleiben unverändert), soll ich mich komplett neu verifizieren. Laut Support sei dies „aus Sicherheitsgründen“ erforderlich. In der Praxis bedeutet das jedoch: alte, falsche Daten zu behalten gilt als sicher, ihre Aktualisierung dagegen als Risiko. Die Frage, wie Missbrauch veralteter Daten verhindert werden soll, blieb unbeantwortet, schließlich werden veraltete und damit falsche Daten gefördert als verhindert.

Es fehlt die „das schau ich mir später an“- Möglichkeit

Gute App, benutzen Sie in der Praxis, um datenschutzgerecht Aufträge an die MFA zu erstellen (zum Beispiel Rezepte beim Hausbesuch erstellen oder auch zu Dokumentationen außerhalb der Praxis). Soweit ich es sehe, kann man jedoch gelesene Nachrichten nicht wieder als ungelesen markieren. Wäre ein wichtiger Zusatz, damit Aufträge nicht verloren gehen.

Grundlegende Funktionen einer modernen Messenger-App fehlen (Anzeige Nachricht gelesen etc.). Dateianhänge kompliziert.
Nachrichten werden abgeschnitten und erst im Panorama-Modus ganz sichtbar.
