Great staff and experience
I absolutely love going here. I have enjoyed myself everytime I’ve went. I love the staff, the rides, the food, and just the whole package that they offer. I’ve been to a few different sixflags and SDC is on par if not better than those. And above all I absolutely love Time Traveler. I have rode that ride so many times and even if there is a hour long wait in line, it’s worth it. Everytime you ride it you get a different experience as if it’s a completely different ride. But other than how rough thunderation and Outlaw Run is, I absolutely love this place❤️❤️❤️

Great family amusement park!
Had a great first visit to Silver Dollar City! Got two day tickets for the price of one by ordering on line, which was an amazing deal! The app was very helpful in knowing wait times and directions to attractions, which we needed as I didn’t find the different areas to be easily identified.

I don’t go to Silver Dollar City often, but when I do go, it is really helpful! I can enjoy SDC without waiting in four-hour lines.

App consistently lies
The Silver Dollar City app consistently lies about two times and rides across the park when it says five minutes is 30 minutes when it says 30 minutes it’s an hour

Recently had an issue with my photo pass, and Kathy in the photo area was absolutely outstanding,, customer service like you would not believe , excellent.

Memories unlimited
We have been coming here since the early 70's all the way from Arizona with our 3 girls! In 2000, we moved 2 hours away to Arkansas. I have so many pictures of our family at SDC, and millions of memories that include our daughters, our grandchildren, our great granddaughter, my parents and my grandmother. We have been to many amusement parks, Disney World, Disneyland, several 6 Flags but none like SDC!

Mobile food ordering doesn’t work
App gives error when I try to update credit card so I can pay. Also gives error when I try to clear order from my cart (which the app won’t let me pay for)
Broken Card Input / No QA
As a software engineer, the card management is UX is genuinely broken… Not just frustrating, but bad. Switching between input fields wipes everything you typed, which tells me there’s no onFocus/onBlur state persistent state.
I tried the scan card feature, which worked, but then I hit “Add Payment Method” and it opened the card scan again and cleared the fields…
There is either flawed, broken, or missing state management which doesn’t live high enough to persist between state changes.
This should not have made it past QA in this state and this shows even more that there is no integration testing or a very large gap in coverage.
I was just talking to a lady in the food line who was having the same frustrations.
