Doesn’t seem to work?
Tried booking a taxi in Canberra, a capital city several hours in advance to go to the airport. A $100 fair and the app looked for 4 hours for a cab until I couldn’t wait any longer and then I just booked an uber and got one in 2 minutes.
Excellent Service
Had trouble with uber drivers not turning up when ordered so we tried Silver Service and the service was excellent! Taxi turned up on time, it was a very nice car, the driver was friendly and it was a quick trip home. We will use Silver Service from now on.
Price gouge ?
Funny, I booked a cab via silver service. The cost on the ap was $141 (expensive, but I needed to get there on time). When I got in the cab I looked at the meter and saw “fixed price $125”. So I’m being charged $16 to use the ap? I’ve had so many trust issues with cabs and not using their meters, now the official way is gouging us??

Dodgy
Some shady stuff going on with this app - book in the app and then the taxi driver says cancel in the app and pay them direct. Mmm… that sounds fishy.

Website states can book in Adelaide for Adelaide Airport.
App shows error when attempting to pay, redirects to “Call local cab company”.
