J’ai contacté le support par mail de nombreuses fois pour connaître les options incluses dans la carte mastercart word (pour inscrire un pack prime): Nombre d’entrées dans les loung, boissons ou nourritures incluses, nombre de visiteurs permis avec ou sans reduction. Aucune information dans ce sens. Des informations générales alors que dans mes emails, j’ai precise que mastercard écrit noir sur blanc que le detail des avantages est négocié avec chaque banque.
J’ai contacté le support par telephone qui était à la hauteur, mais eux memes ne disposaient pas de cette information ( quelle ironie).
La transparence est le premier pilier d’une neobanque et je leur recommande de voir ce détail déterminant pour certaines catégories de clients.

My expectations for Simple were much higher than the experience I received.
During the account registration process, the OTP email arrives with a verification link, but clicking the link redirects me back to the same page without completing the verification. I also attempted to use the “Forgot Password” feature after receiving my username by email, but the issue persists and no OTP is sent via SMS.
This appears to be a problem with the account activation and authentication workflow. The onboarding process should be more reliable and user-friendly, as these issues prevent new users from successfully creating and accessing their accounts.

The app works great but...
The app works fine but I've run into an issue. I can't allocate or transfer an international allowance to my Prime card. I get no card available.

Can’t add wire beneficiary. Aliment ton compte ad always shows up when I open the app.

Application utilisée ces derniers jours, rapide et intuitive avec une expérience fluide et sécurisée, j’ai adoré.
App super fluide et simple
Parcours donboarding super simple . J’ai pu créer mon compte hyper facilement . Et meme réserver mon hôtel pour l’aid a un super prix . Bravo AWB
Pas pour les étrangers
Si vous êtes étranger passez votre chemin la carte de séjour ne passe pas pour l'inscription. Dommage et malheureux à la fois.
Pas accessible aux non Marocains
C’était déjà le cas avec la précédente banque en ligne d’Attijari, cette nouvelle version de la banque, Simple, n’est toujours pas accessible aux étrangers. Il faut impérativement une CIN pour créer un compte, c’est bien dommage !
Scan document limité 2Mo
Malheureusement cette limite est faible au vu des photos en haute résolution pris par smartphone.

Good update but
Virtual cards aren’t working for me. Also just remove startup animation, it is nice first time but it gets tiring after seeing for 100th time. It slows getting into the app. Make an option in settings or switch off automatically after 10 times.
Reading Card
The stupid thing is ID card reader, don’t shake, come close but stay in the frame, never witnessed this
Every app that ask for this, it detected the card in milliseconds.
Use another 3rd party reader please.
