Calls don’t go through

I spent 3 days with the customer service trying to identify the problem. They simply don’t know. I’ve been asked 2 times to leave my alternative number so they can reach out to me, of course never called me back. Waisted time and money on the card…. Oh yes, the customer service convinced me that I don’t have credit, even that I had a conversation of 3 minutes. Me naively purchased more to learn that I had and have enough credit. Used NET10 15 years without a problem….. garbage

Stay Away, they don’t even have knowledge on the app

App doesn’t work, my husband traveled and can’t use his phone. I called them they told me they don’t know how to use the app and the app is messing up when I download it, then says send IDL 611611 to get balance a couple of times but was unable to assist with the problem. Then they started to transfer me about 3 times when I finally was able to get in contact with then and hung up on me after paying and extra $10 to the ILD account. We are going to switch to a different company as soon as he comes back.

App not working

Worst app. Called customer service, they don’t know what they are telling customer. Explained about error. “ An error has occurred while attempting to communicate with the service. Try again later” it’s been month, still app developer not fixing. Garbage

I’ve downloaded this 3x. Have it attached to the calling card but when I dial number it crashes and then freezes. Can I give 0 stars? This app is crap.

Wast my money without any successful call so far

I bought 10 dollars international call card, had tried to make a call on this program few times. Every time I tried dial the program and immediately it disappeared. And I didn’t know my call was actually send out or not. In the end, I tried to use dial number to dial my international call and I found my minutes had dropped more than hundred minutes. I guess when program automatically disappear which means it crashed but still use your minutes on background and take unknown ending. By the way, my system is iOS 13.

3 days trying to make international calls- no success.

I don’t know why they created this App , before I did a calls without any problem.
Every time I dial the number system ask me for a Pin, but they sent me Pin only once and it didn’t work. So absurd

You can memorize the number and type every time...... have fun

Not too simple as it sounds.

I was trying to use this app for ILD calls but with no results at all.

DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!

I tried calling someone in my contacts numerous times. Somehow the app changes the number your trying to call. So you end up calling someone completely different & in the U.S! Hmmm, thought it was for international calls only?

Worthless P.O.S Company and app

Title says it all. Worthless. Try to install this app on iOS 11 and scratch every time you open the app. I’ve been trying out many phone companies lately. Was sold this particular SIM card at an Authorized simple mobile dealer Here in Flushing New York, and Roosevelt Street.. So, I was told by him upon purchase that I could call Saipan. Well guess I should have checked the company out buying first scene that they do not even offer international calling to sleep in. Even though it is a USA owned territory. Guess I will just stick with the other worthless company, ultra mobile. At least I can call Saipan with the free credits they give you in your wallet every month.

Poor app

Poorly designed app. Does not function as mentioned. Complete Address book would not load in the app. International numbers cannot be dialed using address book. Only numbers that get dialed are the ones that does not exist in app address book. Customer care was of no help either.
