Calls don’t go through
I spent 3 days with the customer service trying to identify the problem. They simply don’t know. I’ve been asked 2 times to leave my alternative number so they can reach out to me, of course never called me back. Waisted time and money on the card…. Oh yes, the customer service convinced me that I don’t have credit, even that I had a conversation of 3 minutes. Me naively purchased more to learn that I had and have enough credit. Used NET10 15 years without a problem….. garbage

Worst app to use ever, is always interrupting and is can never connect to the server

I need to make international calls, but it’s just impossible to use it
Stay Away, they don’t even have knowledge on the app
App doesn’t work, my husband traveled and can’t use his phone. I called them they told me they don’t know how to use the app and the app is messing up when I download it, then says send IDL 611611 to get balance a couple of times but was unable to assist with the problem. Then they started to transfer me about 3 times when I finally was able to get in contact with then and hung up on me after paying and extra $10 to the ILD account. We are going to switch to a different company as soon as he comes back.

App not working
Worst app. Called customer service, they don’t know what they are telling customer. Explained about error. “ An error has occurred while attempting to communicate with the service. Try again later” it’s been month, still app developer not fixing. Garbage
