Good UI, but useless
I like the simplicity of the user interface. It counts down for 20 seconds, then it counts up for 10 seconds. It repeats 8 times.
However NOTHING IS ADJUSTABLE.
If you want any other time intervals or any other numbers of cycles — you are out of luck.
