I've been ordering fruits and veggies on Simpli Namdhari’s app for a few months now. Everything is fresh, and the quality is really good.
No refund for undelivered items
Ordered vegetable. Some are not delivered. But despite repeated call no refund. Kind of cheating. One has be careful not trust worthy.
Poor quality
Poor quality of fruits delivered. And even upon complaining they refuse to replace/refund
Bad Service
I was having high expectations about Namdhari having experienced shopping offline in stores. What I see is they advertise one product on their website and deliver a diff product. Now this was reported to the customer care who seem to care less about the issue. They do not even have a mechanism to raise issue. This pathetic service and cheaters are what I am dealing with in Namdharis. I wish I could give zero stars but the system does not allow me to submit with zero stars.

Reasonably satisfied
Have been a regular customer in their stores. Online, I find they often don’t have many things in stock. Also range of things available is not very extensive. Otherwise satisfied. Quality is good.
Namdhari online system is a failure
I was a big fan of Namdhari fresh as the quality at the store was very nice with lot of healthy options.
But the online venture was very disappointing as below
1. Items listed on the site and at the store aren’t available as most of the time it was not delivered without any intimation
2. Quality of delivered items are extremely bad I think they are taking advantage of online service since they aren’t questioned.
3. Faulty / stale items sent and there is no options to return as the customer care never picks your call
4. Refunds are usually made after 2 weeks I’m case if any products is missing and you will chase them up for a refunds
5.They promote non branded products which are really horrible and people should refrain fro. Trying them out
I would conclude that Namdhari is putting their reputation at stake if they don’t consider meeting quality and service on priority.

Needs improvement
I have been ordering fruits and vegetables in this COVID-19 situation. Till today I have only ones bad experience with regarding to the fruits still I didn’t got the replacement or refund to my account. Apart from this experience I have been delighted and support from the Banashankari store also is extremely good. From store also people tried multiple times to get my refund but the system is not processing.

Fab!
I’ve stopped ordering from other places after I found Namdharis to be one stop to all things organic and fresh!! They refund on time when items are missing and take feedback seriously. The slots for delivery are brill too.
Bad experience
I had downloaded the app with a lot of happiness as I love Namdhari’s and since I moved far away, I haven’t been able to get their products. Expectations are soon dashed as the deliveries are never on time. This is also expected given the covid restrictions but by the time it reaches my house, it’s so late that the fruits and veggies are spoiled or wilted. On top of this, the customer care number keeps me on queue till the last minute and disconnects my call. I’m so disappointed in the service and products. It’s a pleasure to shop from the stores, but in such a situation where I can’t access them... It’s an absolute disaster and disappointment. Please improve the end to end service of your app, otherwise there is no use and it only spoils the image and good name of Namdhari. I have ordered twice with great hopes, but I don’t think I will order from them again.

BAD APP
Very bad app. The products are also bad. This is my second order as I couldn’t get delivery slots from other online vendors. The 1st. time My experience was so bad that I had decided never to again buy from Namdhari’s but out of compulsion I had to. 1/3 of the items didn’t get delivered and no action plan as to what they will do, will they refund or deliver later. Most horrible experience. Never again Namdhari’s.......

Poor inventory management, cust support, refund and payment experience
They keep accepting orders and do not fulfill. I started with Simpli Subscribe, they accepted order but did not deliver some items saying not in stock, but at least they did not deduct the amount as money was taken from my wallet in Simpli Subscribe. Then they asked me to use Simpli Namdhari . There it is an even bad experience, they accept order, take full amount, not deliver some items, say they will refund, but it has been 2 days now and no intimation on refund. It is such a bad experience to be paying in full, hoping they will deliver and then hoping they will refund.
Payments does not go through, it keeps throwing a developer debug statement saying “payment validator”. Customer service menu in app goes to privacy link, have to call the store to get any refund which takes a long time.

Very irresponsible
Delivery is not up to the mark and they do not have time sense.
Unreliable app and bad service
I have faced regular issues where half the time the app shuts down after I checkout the cart and select the delivery time slot. This has been a recurring issue and I’ve written feedback twice to Namdhari. They’ve acknowledged the email but not fixed the issue.
It’s a pain to create the cart and then realise you are unable to order because of a clunky app.
Their service is zilch. I’ve had orders delayed by 6 hours, no one picks up calls. You are at their mercy of you order with them.
Better stay away from this app.

Use at your own risk
After every order and delivery you need 2 hrs to calculate the actual bill and realise that they have charged you more. The app takes the order but half of the items are not delivered. The bills are always truncated and incomprehensible. Never pay online. I paid for items worth 1100/-. Got delivery worth 500/- and still waiting for a refund. Be ready to waste whole days on custom care calls. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!

Online order on SimpliNamdhari’s
Very poor service. They should be called “simply horrible Namdhari” Due date for delivery was 13th July. No information from them through out the day. Tried their helpline the next day, which is very difficult to get through. After many attempts, got through and was told the consignment will be delivered in haf an hour. Two days later, someone calls at night saying the consignment is ready for delivery. Strongly recommend that you don’t deal with them.

Inefficient app
I’m a regular customer to Namdaris store, upon store suggestions I installed this app, things went smooth on my couple of purchases, later for my confirmed orders I start getting reply as “out of stock”, my here is please sync the app with the items, simply just don’t update... Will be waiting for the items which has been ordered and at the last moment get a call that the product is unavailable, during this COVID-19 I thought this app will be beneficial but it’s not.
I would prefer visiting store than ordering through this app...

Worst customer support
I am frequent visitor of namadharis. Due to COVId situation we decided to order online. As namadharis known for quality we ordered using namadharis web app. We opted for 9:30am to 12:30am delivery slots. Order didn’t come till 12:30 and we called customer care and no one picked the call. Finally one person delivered our order at 3:45PM. We are ok with that. We are aware of current COVID situation and we can’t complain for late delivery.
Problem is many item we already paid was missing. Answer we got is out of stock. That also ok. We asked for refund. But the one they delivered to us was rotten. Many things gone to garbage and was not in a condition to use.
They don’t care for customer. No customer support. Will stop going to namadharis from today. Didn’t expect this poor response.

Update crashes the app
This latest update is not working and crashing the app as soon as I enter my pin code. This needs urgent attention as I have money in my wallet that I am concerned about. Please act swiftly.

I am a regular namdhari customer. I ordered through app for the first time thinking I would be getting the exact quality which I always got in frazer town store. Nope I made the biggest mistake by using the app. The vegetables and fruits were in pathetic condition. I had to put away a whole cauliflower. Chillies were old stock. Dried some even had fungus. Ridge gourd all broken. NOPE better go to their store or go for other other option. Wasted 1961 rupees buying rotten vegetables and fruits.

Pathetic and poorly designed app
I had place orders a few days back and few of the items were not delivered, but we don’t have any options to inform vendor that these items were missing and it’s prepaid order , so my money is stuck n there is no response from the call centre either, these people just want order but are in no mood to deliver items. It’s our second time , we’ve been cheated. Pathetic experience!
