It’s been 2 months since I ordered an item. I have not received the item nor tracking. I’ve been patient and reached out multiple times. Funny soon as I reach out I receive an email item has been dispatched but still no tracking and no item. I don’t want credits and I’ve said that so it’s was we look into it. Then again after reaching out it’s shipping label was made yesterday and item will be shipped out this week and I still have not received tracking the item or anything. I even asked/mentioned another solution. Am I ever going to get my item. Guess I’m going to have to dispute with my bank or just write it off. Won’t ever buy anything else ever again from them. They have my money and sent me nothing. Never again

I use to be very fond of this app to shop, but in the past year it has turned into a mess.. from the unorganized lives, with men showing women’s clothing …to the poor customer service and month long shipping times!! What a shame!

Used to be great…not so much anymore.
I used to love this boutique but then it became very clear that they only care about making money and showing off their wealth. Not only that, but you never know when Sarah will be live. It’s just whenever she feels like it, and nobody else is allowed to show new items. Shipping is slow with no communication. It’s just completely disorganized and not worth it when there are so many great boutiques that actually treat their customers with respect and respond to emails.

Do not buy from them
Their clothes are too expensive their shipping is too expensive. Their clothes are not even good Quality. They are very rude to their employees and customers. I think it’s funny that people are still buying from Sarah simply obsessed when shein sells the same clothes for less the price and I mean much less. A tank top or body suit cost no more than nine dollars on the Shein app. Sara sells the exact same thing and charges $30 to $40 it’s ridiculous I don’t know why people are still buying from them but I noticed a lot of people have stopped as well they don’t have as many people watching their lives. I think people smarten up and realize it’s not worth spending all your money on them when there are other apps like Shein that sell the same the for cheaper. Ok I said my peace.

Still haven’t got my order
It’s been 6 months and still no tracking this place has sent way downhill don’t order trust me
App doesn’t work!
App isn’t working and I can’t get anyone to respond with a fix. Can no longer see order history - which is convenient for them, since I have orders a month old that haven’t shipped yet. Hmmm. Not spending any more money here!! Sad, because I’ve been a client for years and years, but things have really gone downhill lately. :(

Very unprofessional boutique! Does not treat others with respect. Poor customer service. Only looking to try to scam and make as money to fill their own pockets.

Worst service ever! I purchased a cardigan which never showed shipped only label created. Messaged them about the order they say I need to file a claim with USPS but it never touched their hands so I can not. I asked for a refund they said they can’t do that cause it left their warehouse and never made it to post office. Lost somewhere between the two. Like how is that for good service. I will never again purchase anything from these people!

I used to be able to spend a lot of money at this business until they continuously fire employees who would do anything for them and then ultimately black mail them when they try to move on. It’s not fair or cute!

I used to love to shop here but shipping is all over the place. I bought a m and s ring and had so many issues, one customer service lied and said they would put me on a list for tracking info that never happened. The ring came and was really dirty in the back. I loved the ring but the quality was great so I bought other m and s rings and i feel the quality has since went down a little so i stopped buying m and s rings.
A couple of my purchases was refunded to me with no email to advise of what was happening. I was so bummed. Basically if you want to buy something dont plan on returns and no your sizes.
Asking questions during lives is near impossible and the app has the worst descriptions. The model sizing is confusing and unhelpful.
I don’t think they treat their employees very nice and all the negative remarks and comments on lives that Sarah and her brother Chad have said during lives have made me not to want to shop with them ever again. They are money hungry bullies.

Absolutely love everything about simply obsessed hands down the best clothing app. I havnt shopped anywhere else since I’ve found them and I am always soo excited to watch their daily lives and just have good positive energy always there!!
Un-Happy.... Overpriced
At first this boutique seems to care about the customers. But you quickly realize that’s NOT true ! It’s all about overcharging you NOT responding to your concerns and very un-professional attitude! Watching how they treat their employees is heartbreaking! Let’s not mention how if you have a concern they BLOCK you. Wow that just not good business! She will block you for just about anything. Like not spending enough money or for asking a question about your order That tells you just how much she cares for her customers! They don’t mind taking your money BUT don’t question them about the products they sell! On lives I have seen them just outright get rude with people and then Sarah will say take care of them as in Block them to get rid of them. Wow They overcharge , don’t care , Shipping is so slow and the Family owned business is down right rude !

Horrible return policy. Horrible customer service. Lots of boutiques do not have the restock fee find those they are your best bet. There are a ton of good reviews on here but please be aware. If ur someone who frequently has to return things then this is not the place for you
Customer Service
The customer service is rather poor, they only seem to care about a select group of customers. Don’t order mystery bags because you might receive things that you can ever wear. I ordered a mystery bag which didn’t ship for weeks before I emailed them and they said it’s on its way now. Then I received an item that was a see through dress like item, I could never wear it unless i wanted to show everyone my bra and underwear. I have received a few items that are not what was expected that I never wore but chose not to return because of the hassle of returns. I returned one item but it took a long time to get a credit and the restocking fee is high for those higher priced items. I love to support small businesses and have got clothes from SO for over 3 years now but after the grab bag item that was my last moment that I could say “it’s okay, I just won’t wear it”. My business was not appreciated and when I asked about my mystery item that never shipped and items that were ordered days later were shipped and received, it was like they said oh we forgot about that pick this used worn item that can’t be worn and throw it in the bag, it didn’t even have a tag.
