Should be simply frustrating

How simply frustrating can you make a process

Well done - simply cook has managed to it

At every step they are confusing and frustrating

Picked up recipe box my wife had bought to make the recipe

Frustration 1 - no recipe on the box

Frustration 2 - no recipe on the website

Frustration 3 - download the app - no recipe on the app without buying a subscription

WHAT!!!!

So I buy a box and they have to pay to find out the recipe!!!!

My husband and I are loving the recipes and the flavours are just awesome, 100% recommend 🤩 it’s like fine dining without the cost or having to get dressed up! 😉

Received a box I hadn’t ordered, but I had because I only deferred for 4 weeks. The app should have a simple account start / stop button. I have asked for this feature before but it is so annoying that you receive something you hadn’t personally chosen!!! ☹️
