What’s wrong with the app ??
Hello so this app was amazing since I first found out about it . I notice that I sent out my invite code and they are telling me its not working.
Incorrect information
Considering they do no credit check and I do have impeccable credit. I don’t understand why I was turned down for a card, considering it is a debit card. I wanted to check and see if I could have possibly put in some wrong information. There is no way to get back into the account and see if you need to make corrections. you cannot fill another application out because once it sees your phone number you cannot redo it so please advise on how I can try this again

I get savings on things I already spend on my dog. This is a no brainer.

Way to long to fund account
Up to 3 days to get money onto the account from a bank transfer. Way to long. Thought it was instant.

Thank you for the feedback. Banks have holding periods, typically 3 business days, to create a more secure transfer process. We are working with our bank partners to improve this.

I like how convenient and easy the app is. Solely using it for pet care is helpful when you want to save or have funds for your pet.
