No notification for failed subscription
There's no notification for failed subscribed payment, so you lose your data roll-over for months because whatever reason it might cause your filed cards to be failed

Unable to activate sim through app
Tried to activate sim though app. First SIM card timed out and corrupted registration. Needed to find a shop (not all can troubleshoot) to unlock and redo the whole process. Second SIM card a year later, failed to match facial photo to passport, so sent me back to the shop again!

Nuisance pin login
This new feature of using the pin to login every time is nuisance. Please enable bio-login.
No refund
Bought a tourist esim via Singtel. Worked really well the first time or two so decided to stick with them. Then bought another one and suddenly wouldn’t work. Came to Singtel and I was told you are only allowed a certain amount of esims. It would have been nice to tell me I can’t use the thing I buy before I buy it. Because they won’t refund me. Pretty disappointing.

I’ve bought a 2nd eSIM now and I cannot get past the scan passport, the scan button does not launch the camera to scan the passport. The button animates when I press it but it won’t open the camera to scan!!!
Won’t register new eSIM
App locks on capital letters and freezes when you attempt to register eSIM. Had to abandon eSIM I’d purchased.
Keyboard freezes
When registering the eSIM, keyboard freezes and let you enter any information. No way to register your eSIM

Bought an eSIM. Downloaded the app and the keyboard freezes when you are in the screen to register. Have tried reinstalling, rebooting etc.

Trying to register a prepaid tourist eSIM, but I can’t register the sim because when I try to enter my verification code the app locks up and doesn’t accept any keyboard input. Please fix this issue!!
Non functional; zero support
Keyboard entry is non-functional for data entry and no ability to paste. As this app is the only way to register a pre-paid eSIM it is useless. Support is non-existent with their rubbish chat bot sending you in circles.

Bought the tourist eSIM on the Singtel website. This eSIM sounds great but CANNOT be activated. The app crashes with every attempt and doesn’t let you enter the verification code to activate. Purchased without reading the other reviews… Since this looks like an ongoing, but unresolved issue, Singtel have really disappointed and are basically scamming tourists. Beware
