Helpful and informative when choosing wine
Cool app, great for infrequent wine drinkers like myself to make sure you get something decent on the select occasions you buy wine. I mostly buy based on my match score to the wine, but it's also nice to see the wine's tasting notes and food pairings if I'm looking for a good bottle to pair with a more elegant dinner at home

A must have app for any wine lover
The UI is easy to navigate, very intuitive. The recommendations are spot on, the food pairings are helpful when I'm choosing which bottle to open at home, and I like to keep track of the wines I'm rating.

Wine Selection
Selecting the right wine has always been difficult for me. With this app it matches my taste to make the selection so much easier. Having fun exploring new wines when there are so many to choose from.
Great app to keep track wines
I only just started using Sippd but so far it’s been a great way to keep track of wines we have tasted and the recommendations so far have been really spot on.
Could you just show me wines I’d be interested in?
I never drink white wine. More than 50% of the taste matches that this app is showing me are white wines. First of all, why would you think the wine would match my taste if I’ve never rated a white?

Yay! A FUN wine app that’s easy to use AND understands what we want: simplicity and sociability. As a wine professional I taste a lot of wine and need to track my impressions quickly and easily. Sippd allows that. But the fact that you can find/follow friends and see where your tastes overlap?! Priceless! Especially because us wine people always overthink that. Great for any level of wine expertise, great look and feel, intuitive. My new fav wine app!

True Wine Community and Connections in my pocket
As a sommelier, I’ve always been asked what types of wine APPs do I use or would recommend. I would usually tell them that the ideal APP would depend on what they truly need: a community of wine tasters/views, shopping or keeping track of what they like. Then I was introduced to Sippd, which does all that and so much more — including understanding a friend’s preferences to shop for or pick out the most appropriate wines based on their own interests. But I think what really sold me is their commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive wine community through its Blog on the Website. They make it a point to showcase underrepresented winemakers while also offering up information on how shop by social causes that are very personal and important.

A bit buggy and hard to navigate.
Needs more messaging for certain states. My app rating would not save. I tried signing in and out and reinstalling the app. I decided not to continue using it. I’ll wait for a more updated version in hops that there might be less bugs.
Love tracking my wine
New to wine and been drinking a lot more recently. Still learning which wines i like and sippd is helping me keep track of what i enjoy and what i dont. The restaurant wine menu scanner is really cool too - helps me order wines with friends

Ordering for the group is incredible
My boyfriend and are loving the group wine scores! He surprised me with our favorite Napa reds and used the food pairings to make an amazing smoked brisket. My girl friends and I also use the app during our weekly wine tastings to see our group scores, tasting notes, and food pairings. Highly recommend

If meetup and Facebook had a wine loving child
Downloaded the app a few weeks ago and have loved it so far. The combined taste match function is really cool and can’t wait to combine that with the wine list scanner. No more asking what everyone wants to drink. Automatically getting the best option on the list! 5/5 for sure.
