Constant refresh is awful
I miss the days of the individual park apps. The Six Flags app is awful. Every time we try to look up a specific roller coaster or ride, the entire list you refreshes and puts you back up to the top again. if what you want is further down the list, you can never actually find it.
Also, you used to be able to sort the rides by specific types like "roller coaster". Now you’re stuck, looking at all the kiddy rides while trying to find a specific roller coaster. It’s just awful in every way imaginable. Please fix this back to the way it used to be.

The last few times I’ve been on the app it won’t tell me any dates or times the park is open at any location but when I look it up online it says open .
Calendar hours
Current issue is I cannot view the hours and only shows the current day.
App search sucks
You can’t keyword search on particular food items. Just basic stupid things like that should be obvious to put in the app. Especially when it doesn’t track wait times or ride closures properly. Do better!!!

Freeze!
The app freezes any time you try to access something. You tap on the park hours: frozen, tap on your account information: frozen, even trying to access your season pass: frozen! I have to use the website to access my passes.

App was buggy
The app works great and all it just gets really buggy. Sometimes it says refresh to see the latest update and it doesn’t help. In some of the times I think you’re walking through not a path even though you’re walking on a path, but I mean it works good enough.
Can’t click anything
Anytime I click something the app freezes I’ve had to have people add my pass onto their phone simply to screenshot it so it can be used because I can’t get to it before the app is fully frozen

You should be able to make purchases in the app. Simple app 1.0. Also, I should easily be able to find a daily schedule like last year. Please find a student to update your app.
Tricky app
If you want to add a pass make sure your home park is set to where you got the pass at. If you set it to the park you plan to use it at instead, it wont recognize the code or number. After I figured this out both mine and daughters pass showed up automatically without even scanning.

Literally just needed a map… need to be in the park to view it… I’m in the park and my location services are one. Screw this
Not as good as the former Canada’s Wonderland app.
You search for rides by location, a-z or z-a but as your scrolling through after a certain amount of time ( maybe 15 sec. ) it goes back to the top do you have no time to pause and read an entry.

Can’t switch cards or won’t let you cancel. Probably the worst app ever
Been talking with customer service for 3 months to switch my bank card as I got a new bank I’m using. You have to put in an account number I guess which they never sent my email the verification for. Luckily screenshotted the day I bought them, so then I type in the account number and it says an error code. I contact customer support and they take like a week to respond just for them to tell me “type in your account number.” I said “I already did this is the error code,” and they haven’t responded. Sent a follow up email just to cancel my account with a screenshot of the account number and pass numbers and they also haven’t responded to that.

Bring back park apps
This app is unusable now. I can’t scroll through the list of rides/wait times without being kicked back to the top of the list. The kings island app was MILES better.
Pointless
This app does not overlay your position on the map, making it completely worthless for navigating. It’s an electronic paper map. Click on a restaurant or kiosk or food stand - no menu, you have no idea what you could find there. So if you’re looking for something specific, this app does not help in the least. Come on people, programming this sort of stuff is easy.
