Nothing works
Nothing works on the app all I keep getting is a blank white screen every time I try to load in or click on anything I uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times and nothing has been working. It was working perfectly fine when it was the cedar point now that it’s six flags nothing is working

It’s a great app good for passes but my only complaint is you can’t check wait times outside of the parks but great otherwise

I love kings island so much it is such a fun place to hang out with your friends in the summer especially the water park the normal park is amazing as well
disney would never
genuinely the most buggy app in the world. you can’t click on 90% of the buttons they’re just there for display or something like why can i not claim my pass benefits??? why am i paying so much for a pass with perks that i can’t use this is so buggy. and then i bought a ticket for my friend without my bring a friend discount mind you and it doesn’t show on my app it tells update found scroll down to refresh and it’s just physically impossible to refresh your page like what how am i supposed to enter the park. don’t waste your time and go somewhere where your money is worth it like disney. for so much money you people could atleast use it on making your restrooms cleaner

Poorly designed app
App is nearly useless. It’s like the designers don’t use it themselves. Why does the app constantly refresh when trying to scroll through wait times, forcing you to loose your place and start over- it’s impossible to see the whole list because of this. Very buggy. The company should be embarrassed and feel bad about themselves for promoting this atrocity.

Update broke app
Forced to update, upon completion of the update I can’t log into my account or access my passes. When prompted to login , after entering my email and hitting submit, it becomes a spinning blue circle of eternal time wasting. It will not ever respond past that point and will not give any feedback or response.

Updates Wait Times Too Often
When scrolling through rides it attempts and resets the ride queue (every 5-10 secs). There is no way wait times are changing that often or the park is actively updating anyway. Suggest increasing the update time to every 1-2 mins
Needs wait times
Im trying to check if Viper is reopened at six flags Darien lake, but I can’t since I have to be in the park. If you update that u can check wait times outside of the park, people can plan their day better. And I would be able to plan a day at Darien lake if Viper, a beloved coaster is open. So please, update this!

Horrible app. Doesn’t work.
This app is absolute garbage. I’ve tried a dozen times to add my annual pass and it will not work.

No permission to change my brightness
The worst merger ever. The app makes your brightness go up 100%. This app should not have control over my decision of my brightness. I liked it so much better when CEDAR POINT was on its own. I have a feeling I will not be renewing my past next year (passholder for over 10 years) and I can just delete this app anyways.

This app is terrible
It lags when I press on my account I put six flags grate America but when I try to change it to Six Flags Magic Mountain it crashes. If press anything other then swipe right or left the app eats itself to the point it’s crashes and almost blows up my phone honestly I don’t know what worse of a job you could do for a simple app code writing isn’t that hard I learned this stuff in high school

Wait times
It was very accurate and successful at planning the timing. It also told my a ride was closed, my friend checked, and it was completely accurate
Does not update pass perks
I have to uninstall and reinstall my app to have any new pass perks load to the app. This is majorly inconvenient and has made me miss using passes, especially the free bring a friend.
Remove the policy
Remove the 4:00 policy. It is literally crushing me. It is so annoying. Nobody was even fighting
Repeated Crashes When Ordering Food
We visited Hurricane Harbor in Arlington, Texas on July 11, 2026. We were trying to order food, but the app was not loading. We would get to the dining page & the app continually refreshed or closed out automatically. We were not able to use it to order food. My husband had to stand in line for almost an hour to get food.

Horrible
Won’t show me any of my park perks like my bring a friend for free tickets or what discounts I have nothing shows where it’s supposed to be. App is useless won’t show me how many times I have already visited either so why have that option it don’t tell you?
App Issues
App never works right. Most of the time it never loads when you enter your password and once you do get it to load your account, half the stuff is missing. In addition, you cannot access this app on smart watches…
Useful but could be way better
The map was awesome and easy to use, but other than that the app is kinda terrible. Didn’t show when rides were down, wait times were off, and it would constantly reset lists, as well as zooming in and out randomly
