Difficult
No matter what “haunt” related phrasing I type in, if I don’t type in the exact name of the attraction I’m looking for nothing shows up.
Walk 10ft and you’ll find SOME ride, but the haunt attractions are generally tucked out of the way so they’re not visible during the off season, so it should be easier to filter for just the haunt attractions.
Update- even if you go through & type in & favorite the haunt attractions, they don’t actually show up in your favorites, which is a whole separate area from the map. Okay.

Purchase experience is the worst I’ve had in years
1. Account creation did not store the iOS password I used. I had to reset it and create a new one.
2. Automatic form fill once you’re in the pass purchase flow does not work for all the fields it should, and sometimes does not strip out or allow special characters that it should, such as parenthesis and dashes in phone numbers. The user has to go correct those due to an error message.
3. Uploading images for a pass causes the whole app to crash, seemingly because they are too big, but if a user is capturing photos at the max size on iOS then every photo they try to upload will crash the app. This happens after spending a few minutes filling a form so it’s extra frustrating. The workaround that most people won’t realize is to screenshot a larger image so the file size is lower.
4. You’d think after buying a pass, it would go straight into your wallet, but nope, you’ve got to add it manually. Cut and paste the number in off the receipt. Really?! Come on.
If the person I was buying these passes with hadn’t of already bought hers, I would’ve quit and not just spent the $200 that I did. I hate that I just gave this level of incompetence my money. Use your own product for once? Test it on real phones? Do some real world user research?
