Support unhelpful and software consistently has issues. Very poor quality.
Amazing for productivity and ease of use
Working in a busy lab environment, where taking rock solid and fast water activity readings is key, having the AQUALAB 3 water activity instrument and the Skala Mobile app from Meter Group is just awesome. I can easy control the instrument with my iPad and do a whole bunch of things; adding products, batches,samples, take water activity readings, and lock at my collected data. Also, having the app upload my data to Skala Control (a cloud based service from Meter Group) is amazing. Thorough Skala Control I can do even more, like for example being able to display my readings in charts and stuff! Highly recommend working with Meter if you’re dependent on qualitative water activity readings as well as data processing and documentation.
