Stuttery scrolling?
I think this is just about the best bluesky app there is right now. But something is causing some really bad stuttering during the scroll. I’m not sure what. Admittedly I’m not on a very powerful iPhone (12 mini) but every other bluesky app scrolls perfectly.
… also if bookmarks are to be a paid feature, we should have an option to just hide the button. It’s a little annoying. (didn’t they recently add native bookmarks to bluesky anyways? Shouldn’t we switch to those?)
And finally, the ellipsis menu on posts are *way* too easy to trigger. If I tap to stop a scroll over one of those buttons it will open the menu. That shouldn’t be, buttons shouldn’t tap on scroll stop imo.

Buggy, no response from dev
The app has had a critical bug for weeks - every time you refresh your timeline it defaults to including replies. Has to be turned off manually every single time. Emailed developer, no response received. Appalling for an app that I pay for.
Best BlueSky app for iPad but Mediocre
There are signs of greatness about this app, but there’s missing or faulty functionality. There’s no ‘camera’ option. You can only pick images from your existing camera roll. Lately the GIF picker dialog window has ceased showing ANY images at all.
Still less good than the web interface
I really wanted to like this app, and have used it on and off for months, but I think I’ll be deleting it.
You can post pictures properly now, which is great, but frankly the native app does a better job with alt text, letting you see a bigger version of the image as you write.
The iPad orientation is also great. But… the option to not see boaosts doesn’t work, and that’s a really important setting for me. You can’t save drafts on the free version, though both native app and web interface let you do that for free, and why would I pay for a Pro version when already the free version is less good than other free options?

Functional, but not there yet
It works, but I haven’t found a compelling reason to use this over the official app.
Also, charging for feature that are free on the official app, like post notifications, feels sleazy.

Decent experience
Still like it. Edit not working for me. Can open an edit window but not save?
I’m on iPad and this seems a preferable experience to either the iPhone app turned on its side or the official web app! Surprised the reviewers are not better. Not really sure why I’ve not gone to 5 stars… perhaps later,
Meanwhile, minor suggestion (along with a lot of thanks to the creators):
In the settings where you toggle on or off…. It says “Toggle No to…”. They are toggles… with my presumably diverse brain that is not obvious since there is no “yes” or “no”. Simple replacement with the words “on” or “off” would be more intuitive to me with those toggle switches?

Great app, but it stopped working after migrating to a PDS
I love this bluesky client, but after I moved to a new PDS from bsky.social. I can’t seem to login anymore. It seems to be very bent on continuing to login to bsky.social. I also can’t seem to login to my alternate account hosted on the PDS I moved my old account from.

Clean interface, easy to navigate, and in a lot of ways is a lot easier and better to use than the official website and app. Pretty much a must have if you use bsky on iPad
It’s fine…BIG missing features
This is a reasonably well thought out app. But it has some HUGE missing features. You cannot mute a thread OR a user. You can block a user, but not mute them. That’s a huge problem to me. Otherwise it seems to work fine. I’m downgrading it for this huge missing feature.

Einer der besten Clients mit Schwächen
Skeets ist eine der besten BlueSky Apps, die ich kenne. Leider gibt es hin und wieder Probleme. So wird man regelmäßig ausgeloggt und hat Probleme sich wieder einzuloggen. Auch merkt sich der Client oft nicht die Lese Position und man springt viele Post zurück, wenn man die App wieder öffnet.

I subscribed for 1 month then immediately cancelled. Where are the saved posts from the web app? Not a feature of skeets so the developer can monetize something that is offered for free in bluesky. No thanks, I will continue to use the web app. Shameful. The interface is nice but I use other apps on other devices and this willl not work. Save your money

No longer displays image only posts
The only reason I started to use skeets is because it was supposed to show only posts with images. That is no longer the case, there is not even an option for it.
And the feed settings you select do not save, you have to change them every time the app restarts.
This was a great app when it started, now it is time to find something else.

gotta pay for basic features
also it keeps showing me reposts when I have it turned off

Some extremely basic features like bookmarking are behind a paywall, and threads in the timeline are nearly useless

So many bugs with this app. It’s constantly crashing

I want to like it. I liked it more, but I cannot clear the adjust width bug that creates constant pop ups and makes usage stuttery.
