Subscription issues, but excellent customer services.

There are reviews over one year old saying that there is an issue with billing, that this app doesn’t appear under Apple subscriptions, thus can’t be cancelled. The app developers remove money directly from the subscriber’s bank account, and not via Apple or the AppStore.
After highlighting my issue, I received an excellent response from Olha in customer services who took the time to sort things out. Actually it was excellent service, thank you.

The app looked great but unfortunately current personal issues meant I couldn’t commit to it. I therefore had to end my subscription. I got in a bit of a muddle when doing this and emailed the support team to help sort it out. Lisbeth on the support team dealt with my issue and she was excellent. Her contact was prompt and her instructions concise and understandable. She really put me at ease and resolved the issue quickly. She went the extra mile, in my opinion. Excellent service 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
