Refund Request SUBSCRIPTION NOT SHOWING IN APPLE ACCOUNT!!!
Hello,
I would like to request a full refund for this subscription.
I purchased the app because its terms stated that I could cancel my subscription through Apple’s subscription settings. However, there is no subscription available to manage or cancel in my Apple account.
I tried to cancel as soon as I realised the app did not meet my expectations, but it has been impossible because the subscription does not appear in my Apple subscriptions.
I then discovered that another customer had reported exactly the same issue in the App Store reviews, which suggests this is not an isolated case.
The information provided by the app regarding subscription cancellation is misleading, and I do not wish to continue paying for a service that I have actively tried to cancel.
For these reasons, I kindly request a full refund and confirmation that no further charges will be be made.

This app took nearly $200 out of my account in just over a month for that sort of money. You would expect real training not canned AI type answers.
