Skin Laundry has been a very positive experience, with noticeable improvements in overall skin clarity, smoothness. Staff are very helpful and reassuring, explaining each steps clearly. Very welcoming environment which makes the overall experience pleasant.
I can't find my location.
The app keeps telling me to select my clinic. I keep typing it in, but it won't pop up. It's frustrating, because I can't do anything else on the app without finding my location. I've tried the map and the list. It's 2025. The app should be easier to use.

The user experience is messy on mobile nor is it consistent with desktop. It’s a pain to schedule an appointment. Happy to be hired to fix that.
App Doesn’t Work Properly
I cancelled an appointment and it wasn’t showing on the app. Then today they charged me for no show when the appointment was cancelled to begin with. AND reschedule my appointment without my consent. Not a fan of the glitches on the app and not a fan of their customer service practices.
