What a scam!
I paid for a $40 plan twice and didn’t get any data i tried communicating with someone from skinny but they said it passed to standard rates, this must me a joke because how could i possibly had spent $80 in less than 10 minutes the app shows that i topped up but apparently i have no credit. I’m really mad about this.

Cant change debit card on iPhone
The apps been broken for months on my iPhone, i have a new debit and everytime i try update it half the screen cuts off and i cant input the one time code. Is this going to be addressed or what?

Roaming limitations
It would be great if Skinny expanded overseas roaming to lots more countries. Why not include all those covered in Spark plans?
Online eftpos option needs to be re-enabled
The online eftpos function was the easiest thing to manage. Really annoyed that this has been disabled. They need to re enable this fast.

I know it was “temporarily removed” but we have no idea why it was removed or how long it’ll be until it’s back. Until that happens I won’t be able to top up my plan which is incredibly annoying. As far as I’m aware there was no prior warning of its removal either

All of my mobile data was instantly removed. I had 18GB of rollover data, with over 200 days left before it expired. Today when I checked my phone whilst it was on charge, connected to wifi. I got a text saying I had no more data left, not even any of the 4GB I had just purchased 9 days ago…
