Some corrupted couriers use BOTS to grab shifts! so most of the other couriers are not getting shifts and SKIP is doing nothing for this unfairness!!!

Broken app
I’m not one to leave reviews, especially not bad ones, but this app is straight up broken. U accept an order, and the delivery leaves the screen, so u better have insane photographic memory. Now I can’t even log in anm because “my acc credentials are invalid” (despite using the same acc this whole time). Customer support is as helpful as a nerf gun against a lion.

Worst Courier App
It freezes and stops constantly and does not load properly half the time - using iPhone 17 pro
I was finally allowed to sign up as courier but when I sign in, THE APP IS NOT LETTING ME IN!!!
I got an email from Skip that says they’re hiring more couriers, more deliverypersons for the Skip team, and I can finish my sign-up, but when I set up my account with email, password, and other miscellaneous requirements (valid drivers license, possession of a vehicle, etc.), when I was attempting to sign in (I was even required to type in a verification code number to confirm my legitimacy), all it did was bring me back to the log-in/sign-up page AND IT HAS BEEN DOING THAT TO ME OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN!! What’s the problem with this app?!! Or what am I doing wrong?!! I’m a DoorDash courier but I need more extra side jobs so I can make more money, and I’m most definitely in the mood to multitask between two courier/delivery service jobs (between Skip and DoorDash) EVEN AT THE SAME TIME!! SKIP, I need your help! Please get me in that app or take me out of that app (as in delete my StD-C account) so I can start over and legitimately sign up again!!

Why give us 3 seconds to accept order
How pathetic you guys are to give us only 3 seconds to accept orders at least give us 30 seconds this is bs
Connection Issues
There's a huge problem with app connection to skip Dispatch servers. Orders expire without any notification. App freezes in the elevators.
Add more time on order offers
Add more time on orders offers its bs when you have delivery and order offer come its only 5 seconds. Pls make atleast 25-30 seconds
