If you moved to another city skip won’t change your zone u will need to wait at least 4-6 years to get the same zone where you live

App and website are not in sync

The same id and password always work in web browser but never works in app. Frustrating

Several Issues!

Live support is extremely rude and unprofessional!! 100% of them!!

Some corrupted couriers use BOTS to grab shifts! so most of the other couriers are not getting shifts and SKIP is doing nothing for this unfairness!!!

Broken app

I’m not one to leave reviews, especially not bad ones, but this app is straight up broken. U accept an order, and the delivery leaves the screen, so u better have insane photographic memory. Now I can’t even log in anm because “my acc credentials are invalid” (despite using the same acc this whole time). Customer support is as helpful as a nerf gun against a lion.
