Can’t log into app
Im trying to sign into the app. It’s asking me for my SMS verification code. I enter the code and click Submit, but it starts loading and then crashes. Can you fix the app?
Minimal operational hours
4pm to 9:30 pm is not enough to be competitive to other delivery apps here in Brooks Alberta and we only get 3 hours a day of runs. It’s been like this for 2 years no wonder still no one uses SKIP in this city. I’m only gonna be lucky if I get one delivery in 3 hour run and it’s lower 50-50 chances of me getting 1 delivery at all. We need a whole day of operational hours and more flexibility on working hours for drivers

No creating Any sound
When new order comes it’s again never makes any sound and keep declining the acceptance rate
Apps freezes
App freezes alot , order not showing up on app , it say matched with order but order never shows on application, new update is complete disaster
App issue
No doubt its a good paltform for some extra bucks but app got few issues where order does not show and we get notification that you missed order that affect acceptance rate , and no live support, the agets who are there for live support never helpful and always in rust to close chat , the email query never got answered .

Worst technology
App is worst among all gig apps in terms of technology. It lags , freezes, location services is the worst, have a great lag in the location . Developers are not able to fix it in years
It tanked my acceptance rating
It gave me 4 orders one after another when I was trying to pause runs. I strongly dislike you for your crooked ways.

Offer disappears most of the time without coming up on screen
A simple glitch cannot be fixed. Offers keep buzzing and ringing and nothing pops up.My ratio got dropped and the earnings are not enough.
I order pizza
I ordered pizza at 12:30 am then it was taking like 50 minutes I was been waiting after 50 minutes the delivery is not coming I try to call the delivery guy I can’t meet him.
After I talked with customer service then he said your money was returned to your credit card you can reorder again.after I couldn’t order again because the pizza store was closed it’s happen in my self today.
