I really like this idea of having recommendations for restaurants and other eateries exclusively in one place. I like how specific users are encouraged to be and the pictures. Really poor suggestion almost cost me my life
I went to a recommended bar in venice and was approached by an old male who clearly had some development issues, considering that I was aggressively touched very inappropriately. Do not ever consider this apps reccomendations ever. It will get you raped.

Growing “hot scene” app
Finally, I don’t have to remember to text people, “where do the locals actually go?” I feel like I’m on the inside circle, and I don’t have to worry about inconsistent Yelp reviews. Travelling a lot, this works great for the major cities, but can’t wait for it to come to Naples, Florida! A small, but highly rated restaurant city, with amazing seafood and cocktails.

After hearing about this app on the skinny confidential, I immediately knew I needed to download. It is essential for a foodie (like myself), going to new places and traveling I am always looking for food and the best places to eat! This app does all the work for you, and has photos to see the aesthetics of the restaurant and food not from the restaurant, but from customers themselves. It really helps you to discover amazing food especially if you are not familiar with the city/place! It also helps you to remember your favorite restaurants from your own adventures or favorite city because you can skorch/document yourself and recommend for other people too! Overall it’s essential for everyone involved. Way better option than using google maps and going through reviews. Download this app, it's a no brainer!!!! I would love to see you guys add the city of Philadelphia to the app!

I think it would be super helpful for travel, but I would love to see Detroit, MI as one of the locations so I can be a tourist in my own city. Love this app!
Learned about skorch from the skinny confidential podcast after moving to Austin recently. It’s really helped me find new, creative, delicious places to go for ANY meal! I love how it tells me when it’s usually busy, had pictures so I can see the vibe, etc. 10/10 if you’re a foodie or just want to try something new!

I’m so glad I found this app, I’m calling it rn, this is going to be the next big social media platform. I use it daily to find Instagram Worthy hotspots nearby. I love having it in Thousand Oaks but I can’t wait for it to expand up to Ventura.
