Excellent Product for ER Providers

Love this app so far. Works seamlessly through my iPhone. Only added benefit would be to use through Apple Watch.
looking forward to adding templates for critical care, suturing, intubations, etc in ER.

The Skriber tool is very user friendly and intuitive. The product that is produced is a very clean and clear medical document. Professional documentation that is easily understood by the reader. It's making my working in a new PCP office EMR easier and increasing my productivity. At the hospital I had been using Medical Dragon and was pleased with that tool. But, now working with the Skriber tool I realized I have been missing a lot and it leaves me wondering how much more productive and happier I would have been for the last 8-10 + years if I was using Skriber. Also, I have spoken to two people from Skriber who have been very supportive and helpful and the AI tool that responds to inquiries seems to understand what your asking for and does it's best to make what you want happen and work for your (mine) particular company and EMR interface needs.

Great tool for My note taking

This app transcribes SOAP notes incredibly accurately, saves hours every week, and allows doctors to stay focused on patients instead of their keyboard. Great notes!

I've been using the app for about two weeks now. It seems as though the speech recognition is not quite as accurate as dragon, but the AI component seems to make up for that. My biggest complaint at this point is iPhone app stability. When you stop the recording to process the note after a patient encounter, the app will crash and lose the entire recording. Very frustrating! This has been rare, but it has happened a number of times in the past two weeks. Needs improvement but overall a great product!
