Can’t sign in

As other reviews state, I am also unable to sign in, I am a sky glass customer but get an error signing in, I still can sign in successfully on old sky go q app though?

Cannot log into app

On trying to log into the app I keep receiving the following error message. Sign in failure RYTO1-2UD7T. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, and changing my account password, but the problem still persists. I’m still able to sign onto the Sky go Q app.

Recent channels

Dear Sky Customer Services / Sky Go Development Team,

I am a Sky Stream customer using the new Sky Go (Glass / Stream) app on my iPhone and iPad Pro.

I have noticed that the iPhone version has a very useful “Recent channels” section showing the TV channels I have recently watched.

However, on my iPad Pro, using the same Sky Go (Glass / Stream) app and the same Sky account, the “Recent channels” section does not appear. The iPad only shows “Continue watching.”

I have checked my Sky Go device settings and removed my iPhone from my registered devices, but this made no difference.

Could you please consider adding the “Recent channels” feature to the iPad Pro version of Sky Go (Glass / Stream) so that the iPhone and iPad Pro versions provide the same functionality?

This would make it much easier to quickly return to TV channels I regularly watch.

Please could you pass this feedback to the Sky Go development team?

Good update, but missing features

As a Sky stream Customer who is generally very pleased with the platform I downloaded this app to see what changes they will be on my iPad. It works very well in general. I love the wish list facility which mimics the playlist on sky stream excellent stuff. But there is one omission which seems glaring. That is the inability to rewind 30 seconds on playback. When watching live sports such as cricket if you miss a wicket or football if you miss a goal, this is very handy. As this still seems to work on the Sky Q version of the app I assume it’s a mistake and will be restored shortly. Otherwise, well done.

No ITV

Great app but no ITV on the guide, bad enough that there’s no BBC either
