Not very user-friendly it needs to be updated. I don’t really get why you can’t put in user-friendly software have the thing not glitch and make it easier to sign into Wi-Fi. I’d buy another one when this dies if you could do that, but apparently I’ll have to go to another manufacturer supplier.
Exactly what was ordered
SkyBell is the only company that hasn’t switched over to subscription services after it was purchased. I have a home camera that stated it was free, but then it only gave you notification after a few years, not videos.
Avoid SkyBell that requires Monitoring
I chose SkyBell because I wanted a video doorbell without expensive monthly monitoring fees.

I want to like this company but this product is just so damn unreliable. Can’t watch live (for years!) app crashes as soon as you click “watch live”. Motion is never triggered despite it being set correctly. Super disappointing
