Best Money spent for the company
Man, where do I start . There is so many features from office to payroll to dispatching your employees to truck stock it goes on and on and on. Support is great, always helpful, they actually answer the phone!!:) What I think I love most is it’s always getting better and your already locked in to the original price you agreed on signing up .
Anthony’s plumbing gives it 10 stars.
Thanks Skyboss

Awesome sauce.
It gets better and better with every update.
Works Great
The flow of call progression and completion is amazing. It maps out every stage the technician is in for office staff to be able to see to update other customers. Love this app.
Needs improvement, a lot of improvements
For a service dispatch software that can only work on iPad and not phones is quite ridiculous.
The fact that it doesn't store much of anything locally and only in the cloud is insane. Technicians that use this software are many times working in locations with spotty cellular service. If they need to access their price book now they have to leave where they are working in order to continue working to create a quote, or add pictures.
Stuck in landscape mode. No option to go into portrait mode. Having to go sideways all the time is ridiculous.
Mapping is nice that it opens up in the app, but it doesn't have actually navigation instructions. One has to copy and paste the address to open up a separate mapping software to navigate to the job location.
The order of what has to be done just to start a job and log into a job is not very clear and understandable. When a dispatch is opened the notes section for what the call is for is 3 lines only, so there is a need for constant scrolling, the same goes for the notes section for work performed. This is discouraging the techs from making good notes. There needs to be a much larger space for this information. Like a pop up window.
It is still a shock to me that this software is supposedly designed by a service company. Obviously it was designed by an office staff that doesn't actually work with the mobile side of things.
The company seems to sell their product with the main idea that it helps with the technician performance percentage pay structure to be simplified for management to calculate. Not for actual ease of use by the user technicians or the office support personnel.
But I am glad that they have spot for inspirational quotes everyday...
