I downloaded the app because I wanted to use Apple Pay and not be forced to do phone verification. Well, the payment failed every single time no matter the card I chose. Bravo!

Easy to use app, but tickets remain visible in the wallet years after they’ve been used. Would be better if they disappeared as soon as all trips were taken, to avoid confusion and clutter.
Why Payment postcode 5 digits?
You have to type 5 digits postcode, otherwise payment not came through.
Terrible
So many steps just to buy a ticket, and available payment methods are difficult — they don’t even offer Apple Pay!
Still an awful app
Where is Apple Pay? It’s 2026, should be able to add tickets to wallet. Can’t book a time slot for bus tickets I just purchased, how do I know that the bus won’t be full when it or I turn up?? Why have a timetable that doesn’t allow user to book seat for specific time. Given all the feedback going back 5 years, this company doesn’t have any interest in improving their product, only gave 1 star so feedback could be posted

No Apple Pay
Say whaaaat!? It’s an iPhone app. Don’t make me login to PayPal or get my wallet out. I’m tired.
Waste of my time
What a useless app. I don’t travel to Melbourne much but as they don’t have a rail connection (yes really; it’s 2025 and there is no rail connection from the airport the city!) I chose the bus service. I bought a ticket and got the confirmation and an invitation to download their app. Can I see my ticket when I register? Haha no. Waste of time.

Purchased tickets from Skybus website, but can’t add them to their own digital wallet! Don’t waste your time.
App doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. Bought a return ticket, but QR code vanished after the outward trip. No receipts provided for business travellers. Cannot save SkyBus tickets in Apple/Google wallet, can only view in the app. App is not fit for purpose.
Useless
Still no apple wallet integration in 2024. Then after digging my wallet out of my suitcase there was an error and my payment couldn’t be processed. Also the timetables don’t recognize the date to know it’s a public holiday. If you can’t rely on the timetables or purchase tickets, what is the actual point of the app?

Worst app out there
Tried to buy a ticket keeps saying cart invalid. How tf are we supposed to buy off your app if it doesnt let you? Wha cart? Whats invalid??? Just a one way city express to tullamarine. Frustrating. Ended up giving my money to Uber instead for same cost. Morons.
Ticket wallet has MAJOR ticket update issues
I have been caught trying to use a ticket in my wallet that was used weeks ago but still showing as valid, and also buying tickets in the app for them not to be there when I try to board. FIX IT!!!!

Half-finished App
This is the app you build when you have the market tied up and know your customers have few other choices. It’s not useless but you wouldn’t use it by choice.
