Could use an update

Great app and I love that I can back up all my jumps to email or Dropbox. My app works great but friends with the bigger phone screen size say it only renders a rectangular box and doesn’t fill the screen.

I lost everything! I’ve been trying to contact the developer for an update but got nothing in return. I lost all my information because the app won’t open any more!!!! I really want to know what to do. My entire log book was on there!!! Help!!!!
