No longer works
I have used this for years but the app now just says no cars available and book for later. It won’t let you book for later. I have spent over £1000 with them but they won’t let me spend any more….

Great service but your map puts us in the wrong place.
When I booked the taxi it even said 115 on the booking form. But after I paid the taxi was sent to 105. Also why is it hard to book a taxi from a moving train.

Temperamental app
This is is good when it works. Seems to log you out at times , then when you try to re register you are met with a “something went wrong” error continuously even after deleting and downloading the app again.

Taxi Took Another Passenger and I Was Charged Unfairly
I booked a taxi from Milton Keynes train station to my home . The booking showed that a white Kia Niro was coming to collect me -22 FAO
When the driver arrived, another lady who was standing closer to the vehicle got into the taxi. As I approached the car and opened the door, the driver started moving away even if I shouted its my booking, the lady said the same is hers.
As a result, I was left stranded at Milton Keynes train station despite being there for my booked pickup. The journey was then cancelled, and I was charged £4 for the cancellation, even though the situation was not my fault.
I am very disappointed with the handling of this booking. The driver should be penalised and he don’t deserve his job, he was verbal aggressive and moved the car while I was trying to understand.I would like the £4 cancellation charge refunded and an explanation of how this situation occurred. Thank you

Unreliable and dishonest
Driver argued about the meeting point, denied where it was and then cancelled me, costing me £4. Outrageous. I waited at the stated venue, then saw he was waiting elsewhere. So I sprinted across the hospital site to get where he was shown waiting only for him to have disappeared and charged me!

Not pre-booking!
Booked a taxi through app couple of days before needed it for a trip to a train station. This “booking” stays as upcoming until just before collection due then it becomes active & looks for a driver, if like in my case not available you find yourself without transport too late to do anything about it. This isn’t pre-booking it’s simply logging a live request in advance it books you nothing! Can’t review the driver etc since didnt get one.
