On time, polite and good driving
Unreliable
Just spent the past hour attempting to get an mk connect spam clicking the book button and just kept getting “we’re currently experiencing very high demand” I use this app fairly often maybe once twice a week and I can say for certain these drivers are not using their vehicles to their full availability, I will get into a 8 seat mk connect and only 3 of the seats are filled other than the driver. This is a great app especially because of the unreliable busses but this is starting to get worse than the busses not being able to get anything.

Last min ride to collect my car,
I called The lovely driver miran , to ask if he could collect me closer to my address, as unable to put exact address in for collection , he was so very kind and drove up the road to get me, lovely friendly chat on route, drove well, and I felt safe,
I was his last ride of the day , so grateful I was able to book my ride as I thought they finished at 6 pm

Convenient and reasonable
Thank you to all MK Connect drivers for providing comfortable journey at reasonable price. Drivers are very helpful and maintain patience while getting onboard. I like to travel through MK Connect as it means I can get familiar with different areas of Milton Keynes at no extra fare. Journeys are smooth and good to show kind gestures to other passengers.

Rides stopped showing
This was a really good service when it worked. You had to time it right and be patient but if you allowed for the time it was a great way to get from a to b without bearing the public bus, and particularly helpful for those with additional needs like myself. It now doesn’t give a ride option but just shows the regular bus service, which if I wanted to just use that I wouldn’t be on this app!!
