Eigentlich unbrauchbar
Kauf der Mehrtageskarten hat nie funktioniert. Fahrpläne unvollständig. Warnmeldungen zu Störungen und Ersatzverkehr nur auch schwedisch. Null Support. Ganz schlimm. Und das, wo in Schweden alles nur noch digital funktioniert.

Tut was es soll, einfache Ticketbuchung, Zahlung via ApplePay, gute Übersicht über Fahrpläne

App works ok.. needs wallet functionality
The app works as expected and using the tickets on the trains and buses in Stockholm was very easy. It would be a very good thing if possible to copy one’s ticket to Apple wallet so that I don’t have to keep entering into the app. Many other service providers and airlines do this.

Not only can the physical card not be mirrored on the app. It also lacks wallet capabilities; in Paris you can have your subscription loaded on your phone and tap it on the gates without unlocking (also it isn’t tied to a debit card)
Bad integration between the card and the app
Why can I not generate an app ticket with my card ticket? I forgot my card at home and had to buy another ticket. With bankID this should be easily possible!

Schlimmer als DB
Wer denkt die Deutsche Bahn wäre schon schlimm, erlebt in Stockholm ein Wunder. Noch nie habe ich ein so schlechtes Reiseerlebnis gehabt. Zugausfälle und Verspätungen gehören hier zur Tagesordnung. Dazukommen hohe Ticketpreise. Wer im Anschluss ein Boot oder Flug bekommen muss, sollte besser 2 Stunden vorher los. Die größte Frechheit bleibt aber die Flughafenpauschale, nur um an der Haltestelle „aussteigen“ zu dürfen.

Had no problem figuring out how to get it to work. Makes getting around Stockholm a breeze. Appreciate a well thought out and responsive interface. Worked seamlessly with Apple Pay.
No group ticking for more than 72 hours
Why is it not possible to buy 7-day tickets for groups? The list ends at 72 hours and you cannot buy 7-day tickets.

Umständlich fand ich, das man beispielsweise nicht direkt ein Kombiticket für 2 Erwachsene und 1 (ermäßigtes) Kind kaufen konnte. Erst musste ich die beiden Erwachsenen Tickets kaufen und dann in der App auf die ermäßigten Fahrkarten wechseln (für Personen unter 20J) um noch ein Ticket für unseren Sohn zu kaufen. Das es besser geht zeigt die Västtrafik ToGo App für den ÖPNV in Göteborg

Alles geklappt
Die App verfügt über einige sehr nützliche Funktionen ( Kauf der Tickets und QR Verwaltung / Fahrpläne/ Stadtplan von Stockholm). Mit Hilfe der Auswahl die Tickets selektiert und im Gruppentarif ( ab zwei Personen) 70 Kronen gespart . Ich würde nur mit Hilfe der App Stockholm erkunden

Great resource
Used this for 7 days whilst in Stockholm. Not sure how I would have managed my travels on a day to day basis without it. It would have been possible but way more complicated. No issues whatsoever, great app.
Fantastic app
Used the app for a week’s stay in Stockholm and bought a seven-day travel pass through it. The app lets you choose your start and finish locations, filter modes of transport, and input dates and times of travel. Then, clicking on the search results you can see a map of the route, how many stops, and travel time, etc. It also tells you which track you need on the tunnelbana and which station exit to use. Made travelling around Stockholm effortless and greatly enhanced our experience of this fabulous city. Highly recommend this app and the SL travel network.
